Hi,
Don't know about the rest of you but. Well, for the longest time I like you
got the virus infected emails daily. Norton Antivirus would delete it and
all was well. Netsky, MyDoom and Beagle. Usually the email would say
"document attached".
I came up with this idea/theory about Norton Antivirus late last year, 2004.
Since then, every infected email comes in with a fake Symantec HTML page.
Looks like the real thing. I'm not infected, I try to keep a clean house.
I tried calling Symantec about it and was not about to pay big money just to
tell them of their problem. I did speak with sales people and they basically told me nothing, it was my 'heads up" to them. I even went to the nortonantivirusgroup @
yahoogroups and noone wrote of it back. None of the virus emails have come from yahoogroups.
So, I'm wondering, how about you? Have you seen this kind of spoof of
Symantec?
Nulcear, NORAD, it cudnt be any more clear that was a spoof, if i saw that i wud just delete it while laughin my head off! "its sends signals to NORAD..." LOL, im laughin as i right this, its that funny!
