Unfortunately Phoebie accidentally thought the ashes of FM were chocolate milk-mix (SP reference) and served cocoa made of the "mix" to Jim, Mary, Peter Straker and FM's parents. So in conclusion, he was not buried, he was cremated. The ashes have now returned to nature...

You know what i would have done if I where Freddie?
I would use evry peace of ashe and put it in a necklace, wich they could give to the fans. So the fans coudl all carry a little peace of their hero with them. At least that's what I gonna do whenn i'm dead.
Eww thats a little gross, i mean first off im sure hed give it to his family and friends first rather than his fans. Second that is very disrespectful to say a thing like and we should all have respect for the dead. Third if freddie wanted us to know then he would have made sure that we all knew where to mourn for him.

This is what te secretary of the Kensal
Green Cemetary emailed me about this subject:
Freddie Mercury was cremated at Kensal Green.
His ashes were due to be scattered there too. However, due to a change of heart (after the funeral) by his parents, the ashes were scattered in his native Zanzibar.
On the DVD in Freddie's box set Mary says Freddie told her where he wanted to be put but that will be a secret (I think, unless I didn't get the English right). I really don't care at all. His body is just ashes now. What matters is his spirit. I'm glad he chose to be cremated. To me it's awful to think of my dear ones as decomposing bodies.... He's just pure energy now.

If I were Freddie, I wouldn't do anything because I would be already dead so I couldn't do anything.
Tenure Freddie was cremated and his ashes were scattered after specifically Lake Geneva in Montreux
Sometimes it also says that his ashes are in an unmarked grave in London
But somewhere I read of his ashes are divided into several parts
first part of the ashes were scattered over Lake Geneva in Montreux
fellow cast ashes were scattered in Zanzibar
The third part of his ashes has a mother or sister
and the last part of the ash in an urn at home with him
I think that some parts were scattered in his garden Garden Lodge
