My apologies if I have this in the wrong forum, but can anyone put up any links of Brian and Roger performing with Paul Rodgers?
Have we heard anything yet with the 3 of them together?
Thanks
Ok,
I am done crying now after watching this 1994 video.
Let me point out.
1) Paul Rodgers was having a hard time singing his own song, so its going to be REAL interesting watching him attempting Queen songs.
2) Besides Brian, whose solo's were great, and almost note for note like the original...that band sucked ass.
3) Slash needs to put the Jack Daniels bottle down, put out the cancer stick, and get with the song. I like Slash, but that playing was a 3rd rate garage band.
4) Watch any One song on any live Queen film....and compare it to that crap....who would you rather see live? Freddie or Paul?
Scott, I agree this was not a great performance, but it is not fair to judge Paul Rodgers from this performance! It was a spontanious, not very well rehearsed, just-for-fun-thing. There is this rule in rock n roll: if you fuck up a song in the beginnen, it will probably not come alright towards the end. On this particular track even the count-in goes wrong... hence what happens...
Good to know: Paul Rodgers has a toupet nowadays! The better the hair, the better...
ah, forget it...

Actually, it was. Btw... was that Andy Fraser from Free on bass?
