Ok..for those who have seen it, what did you think?

I would mostly only go to see Gwen Stefan's part and since I already have it on tape, I will wait till the DVD comes out. :^)
It looks pretty good, tho, and I won't be surprised if it gets a lot of Oscars.
I just saw it a week or so ago and liked it a lot. I went in not knowing much about Howard Hughes, but it was still interesting, and so well made. I bet Leonardo DiCaprio wins Best Actor for it.
I'm saddened that it doesn't focus on his recluse life when he grew his beard, toe nails, was obsessed with micro-germs and wore Kleenex boxes on his feet.

I have it on pirate DVD. It's quite a good film. Who here has seen Million Dollar Baby and Team America. They're good films.
I thought it was okay. Directing was great, acting was phenomenal, stroy was good, and it was way, way, WAY too long.
Now, Million Dollar Baby, on the other hand...that movie was amazing. I hope it wins everything it's up for.
As to other must-sees - Phantom of the Opera (of course), Kinsey, Sideways, Hotel Rwanda, Something the Lord Made, and Friday Night Lights - probably the best sports movie I have ever seen.
Many people bash Leonardo DiCaprio for being nothing but a pretty boy who can't act for shit.
I think the kid is great, perhaps not mind-blowing great like Bob DeNiro or Al Pacino, but a very good actor indeed. He had a lot of really cheesy lines on 'Titanic' and I think that's why many people think he can't act, but if you watch 'The Basketball Diaries' and 'What's Eating Gilbert Grape' you'll realize that he's very talented.

I love the Simpsons. "We'll take the Spruce Moose! Hop in!" *Smithers protests because it's a model, Burns cocks a gun* "I said, hop in."
Pure genius.
But that actually happened. That's why Mr. Curns is like he is. Hughes bought many casinos, newspapers and T.V stations (some just in fact so he could watch something when he was suffering from insomnia).
Freemasons run the country!
Edit: Unless you knew that ans was simply pointing it out.
