Which of those two singer do you prefer, and why ?
I prefer Robbie Willaims. I think he's got a lot of the same charima, energy and range as Freddie.
If Queen should have a future with a new singer, I think Robbie would be the best choise !
I don't like Robbie and I think that his singing voice is annoying and he is nothing else than a bad Freddie wannabe.
Still, I would have wanted to have him as the new Queen singer instead of Rodgers, because he is after all a star (people these days make any non-talented jerk a star). If someone is going to take Freddie's place, it should be a star like he was, not some no-one who 99% of people have never heard about.
Me too, because I couldn't choose between Robbie and Paul. I don't particuarly like either of them, but I think if Robbie did it there would be too many of his fans at a QUEEN concert...
Let them do a FM wannabe contest... I wanna see both performing with Brian and Roger. I like some of Rob's songs and I also enjoyed seeing Paul with Roger and Brian. So, I am in a tie here. So I want to see this contest.

I don't agree with any of those statements but they're opinion, hence there's no right or wrong.
...and range as Freddie.
In that case there is right and wrong. And the right statement is that Robbie's range is not even kind of close (which is not a flaw).

Paul Rogers definately. I can't stand Robbie Williams. I havn't heard much of Bad Company or Free but what i have heard was okay and Pauls voice isn't too bad.
I'll join the majority.
Paul Rodgers hands down. He has his own distinct style and wont try to copy Freddie. Listen to the songs Wishing Well, Bad Company or Shooting Star to name a few. The guy has soul. And despite popular opinion I don't think he did a bad job at the Hall of Fame thingy and with some rehearsing this will only get better.
