Yeah, I finally ordered it last week from Amazon, and it got it today. Great video! Disc one is awesome! I know I've seen mentioned that an edited version this concert was shown on MTV, and that must have been the one I remember staying up late for during that era. I remember it because I remember Freddie hitting the piano with the elbow at the beginning of Play The Game. That was also one of those many show during which I fell asleep because being 9 years old, and not being used to staying up past 11:00 pm, I probably dozed off. Oh well! At least I have it on DVD now.
Disc two is kinda cool too, though I wish they could have included more songs from the Japanese show (there's like another 20-30 minutes from that show on a bootleg DVD I have). And it was nice to include the photo montage, as a means of including Calling All Girls as well. I never realized how few songs they played in concert off Hot Space, but I guess that's the way it is with a lot of bands, they only do a few tunes off whatever the latest record is.
What's interesting about Hot Space is that only a few songs were played in regular rotation: 'Staying Power', 'Under Pressure', and probably 'Action This Day' and 'Back Chat', though I'm not sure if those last two were played at every concert in 1982. 'Calling All Girls' and 'Put Out The Fire' were reserved for US and Japanese audiences only, and I think 'Life Is Real' and 'Body Language' were only for US shows exclusively. Whereas with other albums, more than half of the songs became regular mainstays in the set list.

...and Love Of My Life was dropped on the U.S. tour. I guess Queen figured that the American audience was never going to sing along.

I like the On fire at the bowl DVD but i must say it's not my favorite. It might be the stage i just don't like because i like all the songs. It's one of my favorite concerts at the moment along with Wembley 86 and Argentina 81. I'm glad to hear you finally got it. I only got the DVD for christmas.
