The score to MacBeth is NOT available on MP3 sites.
The best you can hope for is a poor live audience recording of the theatrical performance. The actual studio material is unavailable.
Also: some sippets of "panpipe" type sounds have been around for a while - but these are NOT from MacBeth.
No limited cassettes were released.
If they were - do you not think that illegal/ pirated copies would have been available on e-bay, and that the studio stuff would have been more easilly available on p2p?
Well, they were. 40 were circulated and were duplicated/mastered at The Townhouse and were autographed by Brian. I've got one myself, and it sure as hell aint fake.
OK. In that case, it must be genuine.
I have one too - but it's NOT autographed. I never knew they were distributed though.
I also have a demo version on floppy disc - but that is pre-guitars.
Are there any others? Send me an e-mail and we can compare. (johnstuart001@yahoo.co.uk)

Where the hell I said about MP3 sites?! I said about Queen sites.
And sorry, John, but I'd never belive you take control on all Queen/Solo mp3s! Sometime 'Feelings Feelings' wasn't on mp3, but that doesn't means that it can't be on mp3 till the end of the days!
Serry: Where the hell I said about MP3 sites?! I said about Queen sites.
Sorry Serry - no offence intended - but if this stuff was available as a DOWNLOAD - I assumed it would be as an MP3 format. That's what I meant - regardless of the site it came from. So no problems there.

I don't, and I never claimed I did - but I have never seen or heard of this material other than as the cassette described above. Certainly NEVER as an MP3 (or any other downloadable format) from any site (Queen or otherwise).
My intention was not to "Show-off", or to claim these tracks came from me (as the didn't) - BUT, to show that many fake tracks easily pass off as MacBeth because some fans do not know what they are looking for.
Certainly, I have found the live version - but NOT the studio - on the internet. If anyone has found the genuine material on the internet I would be interested to know about it.
Post a link and I will verify if it is - or not. That is all I wanted to do - stop the numerous "fakes" passing for the geniune thing.
Tim: The panpipes do not come from Macbeth - but from the end of the "Bellboy tape", along with Brian's "Sleepy Blues" tune.
