Seriously: some time ago someone posted here claiming to be Freddie's nephew. Dunno if it's still in the archives somewhere. |
Janet 07.10.2004 12:30 |
Freddie's nephew was adopted. |

Lester Burnham wrote:It's certainly not in the genes, but does somebody CHOOSE to be gay? I always thought it was about one's personal preferences, the way he feels attracted by men or by women... I've recently read about Heidegger, the great German philosopher, who was gay, but (because he had been raised like the average puritan guy) he didn't want to be gay. He eventually ended being like that and loved a guy, but never came to terms with his sexuality. So if he had had the choice, he probably would have chosen to be straight. But he was gay, whether he liked it or not. So, I just don't know if it's about choice... Any opinions about that? (I don't know the exact truth, cos I'm not gay)FriedChicken
The Almighty wrote: It's in the genesStupid! Homosexuality isn't genetic. Freddie's nephew CHOSE to be gay! Lester Burnham 07.10.2004 13:25 |
It was sarcasm. Your sexuality is pre-determined in your DNA before you are born, so yes, it is in the genes. A person can choose to DENY their sexuality, whether by religion or parental pressure, but a person's body knows what it knows, and if that body is a male and doesn't prefer females, it'll find ways of telling the person that. |

All you straight people are gonna burn in hell. Don't you realize what harm you're doing to society by continuing to add to the population? It's not natural. It's sick. |

this post looks familiar. better get ahold of yourselves, people. might get a bit out of control... |

Sounds like a load of bull sh*t, man! Sam Cook (and yes that's his name), just like the African-American singer from the 60s just spelled different is a college student and not hanging 'round in gay bars...someones a flippin' liar!!! This is why Freddie's family keeps a low-profile cause of freaking morons! Kriz >:o( |

We had this really cool discussion today in literature class about gay rights. Our teacher was saying how glad she was that our class was so "mature" and "liberal." |
Music Man 07.10.2004 17:32 |
Can your teacher legally make such statements? As to her political preferences and coordinating (intentionally or not) maturity with being liberal? I'm pretty sure that in New Jersey it is illegal. |
SergeantPepperDG 07.10.2004 17:34 |
I don't know... I'm kinda paraphrasing. She said something about liberal and something about maturity. Probably not in the same sentence. |

nice. better tell your teacher to keep his/her thoughts to him/herself eh? bit sensitive issue... seems to me, your teacher is a free bird. |
Lester Burnham 08.10.2004 01:40 |
What does it matter? Surely, if a teacher can influence students, it makes that student or group of students more aware of what's going on in the world. I think that's what's wrong with kids these days, is that their teachers are too busy concentrating on what's written in the textbooks than what's actually going on out there in the world. If she's in eighth grade, and her teachers are treating her like an adult, then more power to them. Then again, I'm extremely drunk. |

My teacher once implied I was gay. So I murdered her and got rid of all the evidence. Then I murdered her house and ate it. Most of that is true. The part where I said I had a teacher. That's the true part. |
Lester Burnham 08.10.2004 10:48 |

Does it matter? Trying searching on Google for something, it's really just a matter of that. Not too difficult at all. |

Getting IGSM too would be great, he would then show me his famous Queen tattoo he was so proud about (remember how often he talked about it, but never showed any photo :)...). |
