1 - Anybody know the source of the Queen version of Polar Bear ?? , i mean.. is an studio recording? what other songs were recorded at the same time?
Is another bassist on it , right?
2 - Ive Noticed that there is 2 different pictures from the album the game. One is freddie with is hand in his pocket, and the other is just the same but with freddie with his hands on the side.... What is the Official picture?
Thanks!
take a look at link for your answers.
there you can find the sleeves AND the answer for Polar Bear... well here's is that one
Polar Bear: originally a track recorded by Smile in 1969, but also recorded by Queen in 1970 without John Deacon on bass. Instead it features B. Mitchells on bass, one of Queen's first bass players untill John joined the band.
This Queen version is a lot better than Smile's version. Freddie has a beautiful high voice and the song really has a relaxed mood. Better sit down when you hear this one for the first time!
The Polar bear info was just the one i got it
Maybe anybody have more info?
and here link
theres nothing about the pictures of the game...just the pictures... ;).....
Thanks anyway and congratulations for your website... i visited often since months ago...
Good Stuff
What I meant was, that the sleeves are most likely in chronological order on that site.
The one with the hand in his pocket is the original one.
Thanks for visiting my site. I guess you have the Polar Bear version? It's on my site as well.
