Roger, John and those Korean reporters who talk like they were a bunch of sheep in a farm.
Also John running out of the stage at the end of the second night of the Wembley concerts in 1986.
You can see the clip on the Wembley DVD.
Of the older videos, I think 'Save Me' was the first to be really good. The animation makes it special.
I'd go with 'Break Free' for the mid-period and maybe 'The Miracle' for later.
'Innuendo' is very good but I have issues with it. The use of animated performances from previous videos seems cheesy.
"Roger, John and those Korean reporters who talk like they were a bunch of sheep in a farm."
HAHA yes when they were like "meh meh meh" and John is trying hard as he can to not double over with laughter!
ok ...that's right...hehehe...
but I think this fan in the clips is lovely .Queen have many strong lyrics seriously .but their clips have some fan & joke.
it's lovely.you know.
Queen is intersting in backstage too!....mmmmmmm...like a part of One Vision clip or disk 2 of wembley 86 consert.
Bohemain Rhapsody is the best & greatest & wonderful song that made by freddie. the clip of Bohemain... is one of the best .you know.Queen means Bohemain Rhapsody !this clip made early years & you see Queen were very young ;Brian,Freddie ,Roger,John....oh but they created a wonderful song(I really don't know what to call this work!!).
yes,you 're right ,Bohemain Rapsody is one of the best clips.I agree with you.
Videos with 70s glitters...
I meant, Somebody to Love. The studio takes are my favourites. (Not the fake live ones like Spread Your Wings - every time I see it I wish I could house them somewhere warm and start all over.)
"From Live at Wembley where John spins on his foot...and decapitates Roger with his laser vision."
Phew! I thought I was the only one who saw that!
For now, I'll say my favorite is "I Want It All". I luuuuurrrrve that video! :D
ummmm......when I see the lastest clips of Queen like I Want It All or These are the days of our lives or Headlong ,... I find in myself a sorrow feeling......Freddie lost his weight clearly!& his physical energy was used up!this is unbelievable!
I feel sorrow when I see this scenes.really sorry about it.
My favourite Queen video would probably have to *predictably* be I Want To Break Free. Roger in the schoolgirl outfit creeps my brother out every time ^_^
Also, I really love the Bo Rhap vid. Methinks Freddie really looks just wow.
I really don't like the Crazy Little Thing Called Love vid, though. It makes me cringe every time I watch it... and in Radio Ga Ga where the other three 'appear'- cracks me up every time. (Reading it back, what I wrote was really unclear, sorry... I can't think of a better way to explain it)
Also some of the later videos are pretty hard to watch, for obvious reasons, especially These Are The Days Of Our Lives.
Gaah, I'm being really boring and predictable today...
Headlong's good, Innuendo is awesome, I do like Breakthru (first one I've ever seen as 11 year old...) and Slightly Mad is really, really good... Come to think of that- 3 out of 4 are from Innuendo...
My all time favourite's 'Breakthrough' together with 'show must go on' and 'Days of our lives'.
The 'Spread your wings'clip was great too.
'Radio Gaga' was extremely revolutionary and modern, also one of my favourites.
And hmm,...what about the poignant 'Who wants to life forever?' Fabulous clip as well, not? Just like the wicked 'Innuendo' or 'I'm going slightly mad.'
The mother of all clips of course, is Bo Rhap, so she has a very special status.
'I want to break free' was outrageous! Still up to today never seen that extravaganza as in IWTBF.
I could go on for hours like this,...anyway, let's face it. Queen was not only a major band in rock'n'roll history. They were THE BAND in making wonderful, modern, fabulous video clips!
Many thanks to the creative brains of Freddie, Brian, Roger and John for this wonderful legacy.
-- When I look, and I find...I still love you --
*Mercutio*
allright Mr Bad guy!
they were modern & made different clips.
Who Wants To Live For Ever,is great and one of the best song & also the clip is wonderful.
A kind of magic , Princes of the universe are great clips.
I love the clip from the making of Save Me from the Magic Years video, where the dove has just been released, and Freddie, looking bored, reaches his arm up as an afterthought to try to catch the dove.
I also love the clip from the making of I'm Going Slightly Mad where the penguin has an accident and Freddie asks Roger what he did to provoke it!
Radio ga ga vid, took many award & it's one of the best clips that made .
I do like the video, as a whole, just that three-second section of it, which really makes me laugh...
I mean, I'm sure it looked pretty cool 20 years ago, but now I just find it so cheesy and therefore rather amusing!
