I assume you lost a lot of weight Mrs. Taylor!! Excellent job. I wish I could. I just can't get motivated. I have 20 lbs i want to lose.
I admire your hard work.
:)
Yep - just two short years ago I filled those trousers and that top was a lot more snug. I kept an update going on here last year and to date I've lost 49.5lbs/3stone 7.5lbs.
God bless Slimming World!!!
I actually want to get to 4st/56lbs but with the turmoil of leaving my job and the financial worry that goes with it, I set a temporary target because my weight stopped moving. Now that I'm working again, hopefully I can relax and reach my proper target :)
When I started my new job this week, I commented on how canteen dining and breakfast breaks were going to play havoc with my diet and my new colleagues were like "what do you need to lose weight for?" That felt SO good :D
Well done with the weight loss.
What's your secret? I've lost 2.5 stone but that was due to childbirth/breastfeeding and am back to where I started (well just under). Want to lose some more.
I suppose willpower is a good start.
How's the love life now by the way? Haven't kept up to date on here really.
Better than mine then!!! God knows how I conceived her. I think luck and booze had something to do with it!!
She's fine and gorgeous thanks. She was 8 months old on the 27th. She;s trying to crawl, uses her head as a pivot point, so it's a duvet on the living room floor to save her from injury. Time to move furniture upstairs or out of harms way.
I'll bung a picture of her in my profile.
I've a few friends who have joined Slimming World. I may have a look, but chasing round after Charlotte might mean I don't need it.
I've been forcing myself to have porridge with water for breakfast to fill myself up. Chuck in some sultanas and mixed spice and it's not bad.
Are you going to the convention by the way? There's room in our chalet, just me and my mate.
