After a search, I found a place that had CD-ROM access and also that used Windows-system computers. So I got a chance to upload stereo mixes of my MIDI remixes of Queen songs. Here are the links: link link link

As Adam here requested, here is the info I promised about these mixes:
Programs used to:
Record - Winamp (at a rate of 48kHz / 16 bit)
Mix/edit - GoldWave (mixed at the above rate, later converted to the rate below)
Encode in DTS: SurCode DVD Pro DTS
Encode in Dolby Digital: Sonic Foundry Soft Encode - Dolby Digital 5.1 (for possible DVD-A release in the future)

Sound card is a SoundBlaster 5.1 Dolby Digital card
MIDI settings used are:
Creative S/W Synth
SB Live! MIDI Synth (there are two versions, very slightly different but not too different sounds in each for some instruments)
DTS Bitrates
DTS CD: 44.1kHz / 16 bit - 1.234 Mbps (currently used in the test CD-R's I have made so far)
DTS CD Alternate: 44.1kHz / 24 bit - 1.234 Mbps (have yet to test, but will do soon)
DTS DVD-A: 48kHz / 24 bit - 1.536 Mbps
