Gosh was it really 12 years ago ! I went to this concert I had awful seats right at the back left hand side low down. From what I remember they did not have a large Screen so you could at least see the band on that.To make matters even worse me and my mate went on a coach trip which went from Peterborough stopping all over the bloody place picking around six people up at each stop.My arthritis was really playing up and being 6ft tall had to rest my legs in the aile running up the bus which had a top speed of 60mph.It must have taken 3 and half hours to cover around 60 miles. As for the concert it was rather underwhelming Paul just standing there ,reading the lyrics from a mointer and sometimes he did his trick of throwing his microphone up in the air and catching it ! I liked Roger's "I hate long drum solo's ."Other than that nothing really sticks in the mind ,oh Brian did a good solo at the end of "Alright Now."It put me of concerts or quite a time.Best I have seen recently are Muse,Streophonics,Nickleback,Deep Purple,Rainbow,Thunder,Placebo.
You saw Rainbow with what's his name: Cesar Romero???? ;)
How was that! ?!?
And wow, how lucky! That tour didn't make it out here. Last time around as far as I'd guess
thankyou very much for this.
2005-2008 was a highlight for me as a Queen fan, and it's wonderful to see unseen footage like this, especially when it's decent quality and complete!!!
they were really tight at this point. Regardless of what you think of Paul Rodgers vs lambert etc, there's no doubt that the band was more powerful compared to more recent tours.
It's a kind of magic is is GREAT performance. Roger is nowhere near that level these days (fair play of course, as age takes its toll)

Thanks for your kind words.
I was in the disabled section with my friend and security was stood right behind me so all I could do was put the camera on my legs and hold it for two hours, with my coat over the top.
I was able to zoom in on the B stage at least, but little else.
As you can see, the glass screen in front of me prevented the camera from focussing properly.
