Anyone else think the Netflix movie Motley Crew ~The Dirt is a more enjoyable than bo rap. I enjoyed both but did find myself laughing out loud and enjoyed the grittiness of the dirt. It's worth watching just to see the ozzy scene...
Also looks like RT enjoyed.. link
I'm not even a big motley crue fan and i still enjoyed the movie. Still heaps better than Bohemian Rhapsody so I guess i'm not alone. However, I still do watch Bohemian Rhapsody on occasions during a stormy night or the night off from uni.
The Dirt is a pretty honest movie about how things went down during the 70's and most of the 80's for famous rock bands. I'm not saying that every artist/band was into the drugs, sex and rock and roll, but Bohemian Rhapsody doesn't really go into the partying side, but Queen weren't saints either. The DIrt is a movie of it's time without any LGBT and PC culture. Just ask yourself if you were 20 years old during the 80's and a member of a famous rock band what would you have done?

I liked The Dirt, while the story took liberties with Motley's origin, it wasn't as fictitious as BoRhap.
I felt The Dirt's budget was a little too small, and while I liked the actors who played Mick Mars and Nikki Sixx, the Aussie who played Vince Neil was awful, and Tommy Lee came off too much like a Nikki Sixx fanboy.
If I compare to BoRhap, I thought the actors who played Queen were brilliant, except for Malek who came across as himself. He didn't do FM justice at all.
I don't know which I liked better, however The Dirt utilized their catalog waaaay better than Queen had done. Queen should have taken advantage and introduced the world to some more lesser-known tracks.
