This is a recent one, I think. Published on Youtube in January.
EDDIE TRUNK interviews Paul Rodgers on Jimmy Page and QUEEN
Rodgers talks about continuing friendship with band, about Brian having a Spinal Tap moment, and a few other bits and pieces. link
What a great guy this is!
Friendly and professional as always. Nice to hear that it was Paul that suggested to make the shows Queen heavy and not 50/50 like Brian suggested. Humble and kind man. Had the same impression what I met him.
Q+PR was a great collabo. Much better than the Q+AL thing.
Class act. And still an excellent singer.
Saw a photo of him with Brian last year. All water under the bridge now.
Interesting that he mentioned the publishing thing. I don't recall that ever been publicly stated. It's probably the most important fact about Queen, if we want to understand why they're wealthier than most in their league.
Nice interview! I enjoyed those shows with Paul. I’m glad he decided to accept that challenge.
I was at the DC show but didn’t see Brian fall. I think it was a dark moment or something.

Wasn't it Philadelphia ? Everything seemed to go wrong that night. He broke a string literally on the first note.
It was definitely DC because I remember people talking about it here after the show and I hadn’t seen the fall. I was in one of the floor seats. I did notice some activity on the stage afterwards. But it was dark and maybe the higher seats had a better view. That same show the sound went out during Fat Bottomed Girls and I felt so bad for them. I was pretty nearby to Paul and the acoustics were so bad that I couldn’t hear his voice at all. Very strange thing to witness.
Great interview
Without question Q+PR was my favourite version of Queen+ although the most recent stage production with the robot (Frank) was good.
Paul is a great rock professional and well suited to Brian and Roger
