Hi gwyneth. Thanks for this. You wouldn't happen to have the DVD part of this set would you? I'm curious to know if it's an upgrade on the existing sources. Cheers. |

The soundboard recording has the same wow and flutter we have become accustomed to. |

Thank you gwyneth very much. i was looking for quite some time for this. As for the soundboard i was hoping for new source but seems like this is an upgrade for existing one. Still better sounding the the old one anyway. Also if you gwyneth ok with that i will share the torrent here so it will be easier to download for those who dont have account on that site. |
Thistle 20.12.2018 12:45 |
This has always been one where the audience recording is miles ahead of the "soundboard" (video rip). The video makes Freddie sound like a warbling drunkard. Whatever happened to the tape is disgraceful. The audience recording is lovely. Thanks for sharing :) |
gwyneth 20.12.2018 14:16 |
It's OK. You can share the torrent I uploaded. |

Thank you!! I'm curious if you have the latest bootleg of Knebworth '86 by Wardour! |

I am downloading at the moment through torrent and will remain connected afterwards, if anyone wants to download. |

Now we have many versions of HP audio. Can someone please help me with an audience audio that runs at the correct speed? so it can be synched with a video project I'm working for a BD authoring. Thanks in advance... |

Isn't this Antiden's VHS transfer of HP? |
Chinwonder2 22.12.2018 18:16 |
I believe it’s Chief Mouses restoration and those bonus clips are from Sikke’s YouTube channel. -Chin |

Jesus, what a waste of bandwidth. Could you please give at least SOME information about WHAT you are sharing? So I spent a few days downloading it only to find out that the "soundboard recording" is NOT a soundboard recording, but the same video feed we all have for decades, of course lossy since it's ripped from some video, the audience recording is exactly the same as we had before and the DVD consists of Chief Mouse's remaster of Antiden's version of the Hyde Park VHS tape, just converted to NTSC, and the bonus videos are downloaded from youtube. I don't want to sound ungrateful, even though I'm pretty sure I WILL sound like that, but could you please next time give us information about your shares? Thanks. |
moonie 22.12.2018 22:19 |
All gwyneth has done is share the new Wardour release. All the info is there in the post. It's not his or her fault that it's the same sources that we already have. And it's not like you're not clued up about this sort of stuff. So someone new comes to the forum, shares a load of new Wardour stuff and you launch off at him. Yeah. Nice one.. |
moonie 22.12.2018 22:29 |
Welcome to Queenzone gwyneth. |
jankogel 22.12.2018 23:33 |
@pittrek before you complain about something you should at least know how expensive are wardour releases.. Furthermore, he doesn't have to share these things at all. And do you honestly mean approximately 5 gigabytes are that big? I mean it's not like 20 gigabytes file or so. So calm down. |
Thistle 23.12.2018 12:57 |
^ He could have worded it a LOT better, but his point is valid - info would be great so we know what's on offer. As it turned out, the DVD was one that came from THIS site in the first place, CM's version. So the price of Wardour is irrelevant (and I'm sure Pitterk's been a collector long enough to know how expensive they are anyway). If they're stealing stuff from here and then it's being re-shared by someone else, it makes "value" null and void. Also, not sure if OP actually owns the Wardours or is just sharing links from TTD. I'm grateful for the share and I've already said that to the OP - but yes, more details would also be handy ;) |
brians wig 23.12.2018 13:24 |
Surely everyone knows by now that wardour staff scour this website daily looking for concerts to release. Honestly, where else would they get 99% of their stuff from? |

Re: Free In The Park LP. As far as I'm aware, the only LOSSLESS share of "Free In The Park" to date is the one I made. link If I'm not mistaken, the Wardour CD is sourced from a lossy transfer of "Free In The Park", with 15kHz cut off. Perhaps somebody has made a better LOSSLESS transfer DIRECT from the original vinyl LP? |
