Brian May has a few reminisces and opinions on the new EXTREME Pornograffitti 25 LIVE documentary. In the nearly 2 hour documentary, a brief history of the band is presented and Brian May adds some praise particularly of Nuno Bettencourt's guitar playing and writing. HIGH praise.
stating that Nuno should be in the pantheon so to speak. it's a neat mini doc with interspersed with about 8 song performances from the concert.
I bought a few copies for 13.99 each. it's a good investment if you happen to like the band (3 disc, cd, dvd, bluray) I haven't heard the surround sound etc so I can't properly review the rest quite yet.
Also, if you like to laugh; Steven Tyler also contributes some scary rambling dictum while holding a glass of some strange concoction, he's pretty creepy in it, acting like a total arrogant phony mysterious ass.
I couldn't make sense of some of what he was saying, but I'll rewatch that part today
other notable contributions: Michael Wagener, (*mack is mentioned but not seen: he worked on their FIRST album), Dweezil Zappa, Tom Morello, former drummer Pat Geary, Bob St John.
there's quite a bit of humorous stuff in there as well, seeing how Nuno is a clown.
