That's the famous Shepperton(?) Studios rehearsal footage from 1977. It's part of the famous unreleased Bob Harris documentary. The interview with Brian May was filmed there (the part where he talks about "how do you get in?" ). The interview with John Deacon in the car was also filmed on the way to the studio.
How i would love to see that Bob Harris documentary in full. Hopefully it will be released someday. Now we have bits of them pieced together with about 10 mins of footage.

Me too. He filmed dozen of hours of interview, NOTW recording sessions, the last radio session recording, rehearsals, backstage material, at least one full concert (Houston)... Also the new HD transfer used for the 2011 documentary has shown us how brilliant it can look.

This has potential of being an awesome release, if they decide to release it. It's great it was filmed instead of being videotaped.
