I have 75 photographs I took at Wembley on Sat 12th July 1986. They we're shot with a 500mm zoom lens with 3200 speed 35mm film and I'd say the quality is quite good on most of the shots. We started off right at the back of the stadium and ended up quite near stage with some good of Freddie strutting his stuff. Would hopefully eventually put these pics to good use as they really do capture the moment. Next week it will be 33 years since my first concert at Elland Road football stadium in my home town of Leeds. On 29/05/1982 QUEEN ROCKED LEEDS, the loudest concert I've ever experienced heard all over Leeds and been hooked on Queen since. My first ever posting so hi to everyone ;-)
Thanks to those who have replied so far especially for the link which showed a few more pics from that great day. Please be patient as I need to find a good quality scanner and as soon as I do will will scan them and upload a few to give you a taste of what I have.
P.S. To the guy who asked about pics from the Elland Road concert, the only pics I have ever seen from that day were taken by the Yorkshire Evening Post and reported how loud it was (and it was fucking loud) and Freddie nearly fell 30ft while dangling from the scaffold supporting the loudspeaker system.
I am a professional Photographer now and I have a 4k Scanner if anyone would like their 35mm negatives or slides scanned for them, or any other imagery scanned at high resolution and backed up on disc. I will do 50 images per person free of charge. send an email to smilepictureschester@gmail.com if you are interested.
