My vote goes to George Michael.
Of course its been documented he was influenced by him.
Especially in some ballads he carries a simillar dramatic/epic quality.
For example in Mothers Pride tha AAA's and OOO's (especially the high notes) and falsetto are so Freddie IMO. George Michael - Mothers Pride
I just squeezed a trump out of my anus that was more Freddie like than Roger 'shit at singing I Want It All' Daltrey and George 'lets re record all the instruments and my vocal on Somebody to Love at the Freddie tribute concert' Michael.

I'm not even comparing Daltrey's performance of I Want It All to Freddie's. I am referring to the gritty / rough approach Daltrey used in Who Are You. Freddie used a similar approach in I Want It All.
Yeah on that Glen Frey song "The heat is on" he sounded like Freddie especially when he shouted " yeah" so freddie i thought it was freddie when i heard the single for a couple of times!
