Lambert putting in another good shift tonight, his profile is through the roof in the UK going by reviews etc. One hand shakes the other as they say..... :)

Days of Our Lives.... again, sth is definitely wrong with Brian's guitar
Someone wrote this on the stream:
"twitter said somewhere during Adam solo something happened to his guitar and he had to switch off. He is consumate pro"
Maybe this had something to do with it?
Did you hear that little bit before I Want It All ? They went all White Man and they did get me for a while... but nah..... they choose I Want It All instead :)

LOL
Man, i just wish they could play the complete version of "The invisible man" . They're teasers :-)
Just got back from the gig, what a night ! Adam Lambert was just incredible, the lighting effects, sound, presentation everything was
amazing, a real proper Queen show. Hope they record and tour one last time, please :-)
The band are on fire! Saw them in Glasgow and just watched the footage from Manchester. Mr Lambert is getting better and better, learning as he goes. He is growing with the music all the time. Brian's last two solos have been sublime, Roger is playing as tight as ever, and I don't mind him having the odd rest, he is in his late sixties! The rest of the band are giving great support too. Let's hope for a Dvd/Blu-Ray release.
Manchester was the last of my 4 Q+AL UK concerts. It was great. They all were great -- and all 4 were up a level from the US and Canada shows I saw.

I spoke with Brian's guitar tech and his sound guy about Brian's amp issue. One of the three amps he was using went "haywire" and they switched to one of his backups. He had 11 backup amps on stage in NYC/Madison Square Garden. Looked like the same stack of amps in Manchester but I did not ask how many he had. Neil have a load of back-up amps too. They make nice props.

The most surprising thing to me about the 4 shows I saw was how flawless they were. Brian had a couple really minor issues at London O2 17th show but they were really, really consistent the whole time. And no funny miss like the end of UP in Philadelphia.
So glad I took the trip over to see this show again. Now looks like I better start saving for South America. :)
