I've always asked me why Freddie decided not to sing the original last strophe that goes "please bring it back home to me" when singing LOML live.
I don't know if it has been discused here before since I'm new to this forums and the search feature doesn't seem to work.
Do you have any ideas about Freddie's decision?
I kinda think of the studio version and the live versions as two different songs! Its just such a different arrangement......they're both good in totally different ways......
I definitely prefer the studio version of the song overall (Freddie's solo harmonies are blissful), but like King of Rhye said, the two versions are vastly different things to be comparing. I like 'bring it back home to me' just because it creates more of a progression in the song than repeating the same line from earlier does - it also makes more sense with 'Back, hurry back'.
LOL, not me, King, because "strophe" makes a lot of sense in Portuguese, as it is very similar "estrofe". I have to say I stopped for a moment and tried to remember if I had seen that word before. I believe you guys usually say "verse", right? Are they synonyms?
