I'm tired of writing the same topic. This is the eight time I try to write this. That's the summary of the topic I tried to wrote. If this didn't get published, fuck you QZ.
This is a comparison between the Sikke's acetate and the official release.
Cheers. I'm getting tired of all the bugs here. A shame I can't make a forum.
Is there anything specific that we are to listen closely to? :)
If it's about the "pleading, one word..." etc. those are the overdubs that they removed.
The acetate and the Rainbow VHS share the same studio overdubs, which are abundant on 'White Queen'. The version on the 2014 release seems to have no overdubs remaining, but may still be a merge of both nights - there's no way of knowing what comes from which night on this song at this point in time.

December 26th and you have started a Rainbow overdubs thread. Good work Speedy Gonzales!
Well to be fair, I'D bought the rainbow video release months ago only to save it for Christmas (to actually enjoy something)
Got sick and still haven't watched it.
Interesting topic though. Compare and contrast. I had the rainbow vhs from years back and I'm looking forward to this
You can count me on that too, Live at the Rainbow boxset was my Christmas present, yesterday, saturday that is, I've watched the Blu-ray for the first time in its full glory. I have seen bits on YouTube. Overdubs or not, I had the time of my life, what an energy!

Here I left some alternative sources of the November concert that might be of some interest.
An acetate bought by Sikke and given by Norman Sheffield, an Elektra Reel-To-Reel tape, and three tracks supposedly from the "master". link
That three track bootleg is entirely from the first night, as confirmed by Mr. Gary Taylor. It does have vocal overdubs, though, so must have come from a somewhat later stage of production.
