when you say "old Queen tour" are you meaning with Freddie?
Anything with Freddie would be better than watching someone struggling to sing the Queen back catalogue like Lambert. Its not rocket science is it?
Freddie is king!
People would have to be deranged if they wanted Adam Lambert footage over a legend
like Freddie Mercury!
More product on Freddie, especially from the 70s, like "Earls Court 1977" and "Hyde Park 1976"
two very brilliantly Queen years!
Seems like a false dichotomy to me, since there is going to be a Queen + AL live release regardless of their schedule for releasing classic material.
Any classic gigs Brian and Roger really want to get released will get released, and the obligatory DVD to accompany the AL tour will not have any bearing on that.
I think it is very clear that the AL DVD will be next, as it requires a lot less work, and needs to come out not too long after the tour to maximise sales.
Saying you want them to release an old recording next is a little like (for those from the US at least!) saying you'd rather vote for Obama instead of whoever runs for Pres. in 2016.................aint gonna happen............
Anyway, I already have a bunch of bootlegs from the Q+AL tour in excellent quality, and like 30 old Queen bootlegs on various micro sd cards..............so I look on whatever gets released as a bonus.......

I'm looking forward to the Q+Adam release...........so guess I'm deranged!! (actually I know that already, so never mind..........)

I thought this was a 'realistically which do you think will be released next', so I had voted for Al because it will definitely be the next release.
Yep! I did the same thing! But no contest if it comes to what I want! Original Queen material every time!
