I just saw 3 shows in 3 cities and I do have to say that the crowd was in the palm of AL's hand and he improved every night. I was not impressed with him on the early shows since 2012, but Im telling you the 3 shows in Saskatoon, Edmonton and Calgary felt very much like Queen.
I'm no Glambert defender and I am usually very critical, but the shows really were that good. The crowd response proved it. I did see QPR as well, but this was a step up. So if you get chance, go. It really is that good
Well, I only had a chance to watch clips from Chicago and I think people who still criticize him are simply being unfair to the guy, just because he happened to be on American Idol. Their loss, I would say, because he brought a new life to this band. Smile on Brian's face says it all.

Have you even bothered to check out the latest recordings from the tour? Or are you still going to insist on being a pessimistic jackass about this whole tour?
Give the man a new chance.
There's no betrayal going on, get it right, there will never be another Freddie Mercury, ever, period ! He left a fantastic legacy that he would hate to be forgotten, it should be out there, living and breathing, and so it is ! We have to move on, 20 something Queen fans deserve the chance to see this incarnation of the band live, and by the way old farts like me too. Freddie is still very much part of the show, and quite rightly so, we have an album too look forward to, so enjoy. And Adam more power to ya :-)
Adam Lambert has improved drastically as a singer and he's doing a way better job than in 2012. He's obviously a talented singer and he has a voice that can do Queen's songs justice and there are actually very few singers that can say that.
Stop comparing with Mercury. There will never be another Mercury... He was totally unique. But please, realise this does not mean that there are no other singers who can sing Queen's music well and keep Queen's legacy alive...
And anyone wanting to hear an original artist from Queen's era (and even before) still at the top of his game: go to see a Jeff Beck concert or the Stones ;-)
Edit: apparently Jeff just had to cancell his entire tour! Hope he gets better soon!

My comment speaks for itself, dipshit...key word is "sounds" . I gave the boy a chance and he failed. Just like you did with your retort.

"Getting better"??? Is that a ringing endorsement? He is better than he was in Ukraine. His connection to the audience is better, but there is still no evident spontaneity. I have listened to many clips, but does he still have that annoying high pitched trill?

Going off on a tangent, but.............
One word..................RUSH!!!!
40 years, almost all with the same members, and they still rock........
And yeah I do think Adam is getting better.........not that he was bad to begin with!
