I think it's wrong to point or complain about the folks within this special group who are working hard to make a large collection of Queen (and related) output. I'm not a member of this group but i do apreciate what they're doing. And then people come on here sticking their pins and complaining because all they want are the rare tracks some people paid big bucks for it.
Thanks a lot for sharing this. I really love the raw sound of early Queen.
But i do have a question.
Are you sure that this is before Freddie laid the main vocal down? I allways thought that guide vocal was donne by Brian, but even if it was Freddie, this vocals are buried down in the mix but it still sounds like the final vocals to me. I know it's not clear, but at least in the places where we can hear, the metric and pitch of the words sounds like the final vocals to me.
This sounds like the original edit to me, so i'm really not sure what i'm missing here. Maybe you or others can clarify this for me.

On the subject of sharing, i really appreciate that you and others are able to share some incredible stuff here. I really loved the Freddie and Cliff track you've share here last month.
I got this from someone who told me that it was genuine. Well thanks to you guys i know that's it's a double fake. We can close this post now and i will delete it. My opinion about the fanthology though stays. Thanks for your replies. I'm not the person who wants to share fakes so i don't like this at all.
no i didn't trade for it. i've just sent this guy some rare tracks from some other artists. i did that free of will.
well, then i guess that the "a winter's tale" final take which i also received from is another fake. it has some studio banter at the end,

What is said in the studio banter? It may have come from other source. Silver Salmon and Polar Bear have some studio banter for example
Sorry dave76, I hope you didn't feel you were being hounded. Is "A Winter's Tale" something you'd be willing to share? If it's real, then great stuff and if it's fake, at least you'd know.

Making stuff up and pretending it is something it isn't? Fuck them.

Erm, to what exactly, are you referring?
Have the Fanthology group made some stuff up and pretended it's something it's not?
If so, please tell us what it is.
^ yeah, but that was dave and the dodgy Now I'm Here edit, not Fanthology. What you said before reads like a pop made specifically at Fanthology.
It looks like a misunderstanding.
The last post displays an alarming sense of humor failure.
The whole Forum section of this site (and I've no idea what any other sections of this site are like) has descended in to a complete joke so, unless threads are started which OBVIOUSLY contain something new (this has all been discussed on other threads and at great length) or of vital interest, I'll treat threads as places to "muck about in".
