Pretty music. Stunning pictures. I have a weakness for nature shots and some of these were magnificent. Are any of them yours? (you're probably aware of this, but you should be careful about copyright infringement. It's no joke.)
Same here, there's just something about nature pictures and calm classical music! No none of them are mine but i thought they fit perfectly so i hope its okay :D
Ohh. Jealous people, what will become of your type...
Yea So what? I can like what I'm doing without being seen as a douchebag. That's being real and actually proud of one's creations so f off why don't u?
There are a number of reasons I'd be very hesitant to categorize it as (neo-)classical. For one, a handful of exceptions aside, a composition needs to be in a classical form to be labeled as "classical music". An impromptu is not, by itself, a classical form, but rather a cover-all term for music that sounds as if it is extemporaneous. Also, and perhaps most importantly, to be considered classical, a composition must be reproducible, i.e. written down in standard notation. Finally, when TS says "classical music" he appears to refer to classical music of the Romantic Era, and not, for instance, the works of Stravinsky or Schönberg. In that case, elements of harmony and voice-leading also come into consideration, and these are definitely not of a kind that would have been considered classical in that tradition.
I wholeheartedly agree with Bob: New Age music, and yes, a nice piece.
Well thank you! Finally a little positive stuff, cause this place seems to be possessed with negativity which is sad, especially these days when music is heading down drains. One should never try to dishearten anybody who tries to do something good.
Why i called it impromptu is cause i improvised alot of this on the fly. With classical i mean music where the melodies progress and don't stay the same and done in a classical scale but maybe i used the wrong categorisation.
