This song is a bit undocumented i think. Do you know anything about the relationship between Freddie and Georgio Moroder or their thoughts about their final product?
Any Queen member or other artist's view on that collaboration or some inside about the writting/recording process?
Don't know much about it. To me, it's very bit of a Queen song as Radio Ga Ga or Break Free. It's got Roger's (programmed) drums and Brian's guitar, don't it?
Is my mind playing tricks on me or did I read/saw somewhere that Brian was surprised when Love Kills came out as a Freddie solo single and not Queen?
Really? There was Queen involvement in it? I had no idea. I also found in wiki that it was nominated for "Worst Original Song" of 1985. WTF? Its a great song i believe.
yeah - always wanted to know more about it - apparently it's a Queen song from early on @ the LA sessions, later "The Works" - some deals were made apparently that made it appear as a Freddie/Giorgio track - if anyone knows do post!
FANTASTIC song. It proved once again Queen/Freddie were the best even when they adventured in non-traditional fields, like synth pop.
I have to say that I am also a great synth pop fan, as well, since the early 80s.
Cheers,

A Queen version of Love Kills, give both Wolf remixes chance and than you can hear a glance how it could sound if it was done by Queen. Love the Mercury version though, but a Rock version would/could be freakin' awesome.
