2011 - A year full of Anniversary and Happening
65th Birthday of Freddie Mercury – 40 years of Queen - 25 years since the Live at Wembley Stadium.
The Austrian Queen Fan Club Vienna and Universal Music Austria will be celebrating the 65th Birthday of Freddie Mercury and “Freddie For A Day” with an extraordinary event. According to the motto "Back to the roots" the event in the honour of the legendary singer this year won't take place in a luxury hotel, but in the party location called "Mirakel". Would there be a better location name than this for a Queen Party?
Are you ready to be Freddie?
There is no dress code. Freddie Mercury was and is even still famous for his extraordinary costumes and lavish parties. For this reason we ask you to wear a Freddie outfit / costume at the Birthday Party or an outfit that Freddie would deemed 'appropriate' and expect from party goers on such a spectacular evening! The obligatory Freddie moustache would be preferred (also for ladies!). Moustaches can also be lend.
Event program
The program is currently in planning. Whoever has participated in a party organized by the Austrian Queen Fan Club Vienna knows that there will be a lots of surprises! Highlights: Freddie Look-A-Like Contest, Sing For Freddie Karaoke and our legendary „Killer Karaoke“.
Tickets
No tickets necessary - the entrance is free!
