Can anybody tell me, who were those Fugitive Brothers who made unreleased 1992 (or 1993) Love Kills remixes? Are they associated with No More Brothers (who made Living on My Own remixes at same time)?
Part of Love Kills (Jazzy Mix) includes the same improvisation section as LOMO Remixes. I don't believe that this is coincident, because if it is, these remixes should been created after July 1993, but I always thought that they were recorded in 1992/early 1993.
Any further info?
They are indeed related. From memory: Fugitive Brothers = some members from No More Brothers + some members from Fugitive Music. I don't have the FM SOLO COLLECTION now with me to check, but it's all there.
From the box set re: rock mix: "Cleverly constructed, and featuring contemporary guitar from Johnny Bivouac, this mix dates back to 1992, when Carl Ward and Colin Peters of the [No More] Brothers, joined forces with John Beckett and Ray Burdis of Fugitive Music, to become Fugitive Brothers for this remix."
