Hey!
I've been wondering about this for years...
The 1991 Hollywood Records edition of News of the World has a Rick Rubin remix of We Will Rock You, and at the end someone's saying "What does it all mean?", and someone else says "Yes, sir, he's/it's really strange" or something...
Does anybody know who's saying it? I think the man saying "What does it all mean?" is famous, maybe an American president...?
By the way, here's a fun-fact: Flea and Chad from the Red Hot Chili Peppers plays drums and bass on that remix.
Thank you!
I did at little research:
The vocal towards the end ('what does it all mean') is possibly
George Bush (senior), while the final line is unknown.
The 'clap' lines are spoken, presumably by Rick Rubin. Any lyrics
not from the original appear in italics below.

I always thought that the "robot-like" voice at the end was saying: "THIS STUFF IS REEEEEEAAAAALLLLYYY STRETCHED!!!"
As for the other voice that says: "What does it all mean?" I have no clue who it is, but in my opinion, it sounds like it's a line from an old movie or something.
