Here's something I saw tweeted and I had a look - link
It's rather interesting and makes me wonder if this is something that Queen should look into doing. However, knowing the Queen lot, I'm not sure they're quite as open as ol' Macca!
Adam.
I could be wrong but don't think this is for public use, it seems to be everything that's in McCartney’s archive is having a digital copy made and sent to private servers hosted by HP. So the only people who can access it are those who work for McCartney productions limited.
Yes, of course it's private! Who in their right mind would let the public look at all their personal glories for free. Did you think I posted this so Queen put it all up for free to the public? Hell no. That would be a serious mistake.
I just meant, this would be a nice system for them with the very loose possibility of making some content (paid for) available to the public. I'm no visionary, but I do like this idea. "The Cloud" is a very powerful idea for many. For instance, this may be the year I get to have all my music projects in the cloud, accessible anywhere I go - link
And I already use dropbox, which is good for smaller things, i.e. email, pictures, bookmarks, PC game saves, etc. etc.

Yes I thought you'd got the wrong idea.
I wouldn't trust over 40 year of material to digital storage. Especially cloud storage.
