Hi all,
I bought the UK 7" coloured vinyl single today that was released for Record Store Day 2011. However, I bought a second copy to trade for a US 2011 Record Store Day 7".
Which US-Queen-fan wants to trade the US version for a UK one? No need for ridiculous prices on ebay.com, I just send you the UK version and you send me the US version.
PM me if you want to trade!
You should try and contact the U.S. stores directly.
I just ordered two U.S. copies at retail price. One of them was published in Gemm.com and it was $6.99. Beats those sleaze bags over at eBay any day.

Won't they be the same anyway?
I thought it was 2000 copies world wide
The U.S. version is an entirely different release. It's got the original pairing of Queen's first single release: Keep Yourself Alive/Son and Daughter, it's regular black vinyl with a label reminiscent of the original UK release from 1973 and it's got the Portuguese picture sleeve, which I think everybody agrees that it's awesome.
The UK version is the Stormtroopers in Stilettos single with KYA and Stone Cold Crazy in purple vinyl.
Well, I managed to get the UK single in Berlin for 18 €. Compered with the costs I would have with travelling to the UK it's very nice.
As far as I know there are still 6 pieces available.
So for the german members of this forum it could be interesting.
Here are some notes about the record store: link

I got my sister, who lives in London, and my best friend, who lives in Nottingham, to get a copy of the SIS UK single. I'll be getting both for free :).
I also ordered a couple of copies of the U.S. version. One off GEMM.com at $6 USD (+5 USD shipping) and the other one I ordered online from a Record store in Arizona. That one costed me about 14 USD including shipping. Not too bad.
