Ok, Magic tour experts... which show is this pic from?
Taken by Denis O'Regan, their official photographer from 77-86.. he has some pretty excellent pics on his website.

Freddie wears The Red/White Jacket on Now I'm Here at Wembley
I’d say it was from Cologne aswell. Freddie’s wearing that yellow design coloured top instead of the Betty Boop one, like in the other photos of Cologne.
Good call on Cologne. The stadium does look the same, and Roger wore that shirt in the acoustic set. I think we have a winner. Thanks everyone for your input.
Love Denis O Regan's Queen work, some great images over a long period of time.
He will be a guest at next years U.K convention, signing prints, would love to get one or two, might go...
He also has a book Queen Alive in preproduction, if anyone spots any more errors let him know, I'm sure he would welcome any help.

Things like Paris 80, when Freddie doesn't have a moustache, so it's clearly 79. In my opinion, if he's the one creating the book, he should know what the dates are. Why would anyone write a book when they don't have their facts straight? Is this practice more common than I think it is?
I think its the second part of the tour, Manchester or Koln.
You can understand it for the t shirt of Freddie..it s the same that he used in Knebworth and Budapest...
I never saw this picture before.
It s great!
From looking at photos of the old Mungersdorfer Stadion, the floodlights appear to have been located at each "corner" - the stadium was slightly oval in shape - my memory had them more on the side - sorry. In light of that, I've changed my mind and believe that this could well be Cologne. Cologne always brings back memories - the overnight coach journeys to get there and back. My mate Dave getting stung by a wasp during Craaft's set, singing Happy Birthday to Brian - him playing the intro to '39 - and how much more I enjoyed the band's performance than at Wembley the week before...
Nostalgia ain't what it used to be, you know...
I am from cologne and went to the "Müngersdorfer Stadion" (now demolished for a beautiful pure football stadium, the "RheinEnergieStadion", where QPR played in 2005) very often to see concerts and of course our football club, 1. FC Köln. I was too young to see the Magic Show, though.
My first thought was that it is our old stadium, and the huge floodlights actually were located just outside the picture. So yes, I'm also convinced it is cologne.
