OK, so the sheer puerile misogyny will no doubt wear in time, but their album is quite entertaining.
Last night, I saw them live (supporting ZZ Top, who were as fabulous as expected), and they were absolutely fantastic.
Despite only playing 5 songs in 40 minutes.
Clearly more than capable musicians (the guitar solo was a simple idea well executed), they pulled off some clearly scripted moments with a decent show of apparent spontaneity.
In an ideal world they could have cut a little of the verbal material to fit another song in, and surely they could come up with a better cover than Journey to end with??? But overall they were fabulous - judging by their web site they're most often found in either Vegas or LA, but if they're around your area and you liked 80's metal, they're worth seeing.
Can't see the joke lasting to a second album though...
