I'm selling a few more of my Queen items. These are:
Queen "Ultimate" 20 cd box, EX/M condition - £400
A Kind Of Magic, Orange Vinyl, NZ pressing in NM/M condition - £200
Heaven For Everyone, Swiss Tourist board CD promo single in NM condition - £100
Queen unseen - box set including original 1st press CD of Queen 1, Terrence Higgins T-shirt and book of unseen (at the time, obviously lol) photos, numbered and certificated - MINT - £75
Offers also welcome! Still taking offers on signed Innuendo RIAA as well!
You know much about the CD single then, Microwave? The asking price is less than what it should be for it in all honesty, they just don't turn up all that often. I know that's an overused statement, mostly used falsely when advertising rarities, but this is definitely one in the region of £150. Esprit would definitely fetch that if they were lucky enough to see one again. Anyway, it's just a rough estimate of what I'd be looking for, I am open to offers and trades are welcome, too!
Oh, so it's a RARE Heaven For Everyone CD Single. I'm sure someone's already knocked down your door scrambling to get it. I''ve decided to get the RARE Ultimate Greatest Box Set. It's cheaper, and it's got a lot more songs that I already have. Best of luck, though...
Oh my sides are spliiting Microwave, you sarcastic old dog you. Clearly, you are a very knowledgeable chap and are very seldom, if ever, wrong - could you please enlighten me with your ample insight and pass on your opinion of what this item is worth? Thanks in advance old stink.
Hi Guys,
2 other items for the list:
Larry Lurex USA 7" Promo (A9000-REMIX) Double A-Side "I Can Hear Music" on Anthem MINT - £150
Freddie Mercury - "Great Pretender" Hong Kong 12" Promo BLACK vinyl b/w Pet Shop Boys "It's A Sin", Near to Mint - £125
Again, offers or trades welcome!
Innuendo RIAA no longer available.
Cheers
James
Yes, that would be true, I do - can't argue with you there buddy. Don't even have interest in it. So maybe you could help me out and answer my question from above....how much do you reckon it's worth? I only based my estimate on research into it, but I suppose it's only worth what people are willing to pay these days - so, how much would you pay microwave? (serious answer please, if you can - it would be very much appreciated). Cheers!
I would think something like that would be closer to $20-30 US. It may be a very limited production run, but it's off the pity album. Freddie's been gone a long time and MOST people have gotten over it. Now when they want Queen music, Made In Heaven is probably 16th on their list of Queen albums to get.
If this was a Pain Is So Close To Pleasure CD Single, for example, with the extended version on it, then your $100 might be justified.
But then, you do have to take into consideration today's economic outlook. It's a buyer's market right now, with collectables. You won't get anywhere near your asking price for the 20CD box either. Good luck. It's like me trying to sell a Burns BM Guitar for $1000. Sure, that was the FIRST suggested list price. But you can get those for about $200 these days, and if you ask me that's overpriced!
Cheers for the advice man, seems that the value of it has fallen quite dramatically in such a short space of time, usually I'm up-to-date with things like this but I just can't find any info on it at all, other than Esprit's valuation. It was a very fair price when I first bought it, and that was £65 - Looks like I'll be holding on to it lol (but £375 offer on the box, so that will definitely be going!!).

Thanks again Microwave.
Don't thank him for fuck all Thistle. He's a sad fuck who spends his entire day in this section by the looks of it TRYING to take the piss out of ANYTHING anyone has to offer. You put up a price for something that you wanted for a particular item, who the fuck is he to question you? If he isn't interested then you'd think he'd be able to ignore the post? WRONG.
Look at the amount of times he's answered with some bullshit answer in this section... he is one sad, probably jealous, tosser? He answers nearly every post in the TRADE section, but 99% of the time with some attempt at bad sarcasm or to ruin someone's chances at a sale... and for what reason??? What's it to him if someone makes some money off of Queen memorabilia? If someone else wants to pay a price then that's up to them.
Hopefully my spelling and grammar is up to scratch, because that's what he spends the other 1% at QZ being a prick about.
Maybe he should go trade for some cyanide and do the world a favour.
