For some reason my message didn't get posted...
A lot of people criticize the live renditions of this song, but I prefer it over the studio version (especially at Budapest). While Freddie's vocals aren't as good, I like how they made it a lot more guitar-driven. It just has more energy.
I like this song live. I especially liked the Q+PR version on the recent tour.
I think the version from Rome 08 is the definitive live version with great vocals from PR and great crowd interaction.

Has Deacy ever commented who he was frustrated with while writing this song? "...I want to break free from your lies your'e so self-satisfied I don't need you..." Just wondering :D

I like the Queen+Lisa Stansfield version better. (FM Tribute - 1992, just in case somebody does not know it).
Cheers,

Strippers were also the inspiration for Misfire, You're My Best Friend, and Back Chat. "Don't you misfire/ Fill me up", "I still come back to you", "I taste your lipstick/ I look in your eyes/ You feel fantastic/ My body cries"

Actually, the last quotes from Dancer, not Back Chat.
