The last Queen + Paul Rodgers 2005 show I can upload.
This is the concert in Sheffield. The incomplete version (about 87 minutes), there is another version somewhere, most probably better, but slightly only as the quality here is almost excellent.
For a better sound, of course you still can buy the "Return Of The Champions" official release !! This one here is taken from the audience, therefore you have another experience of that show. Interesting listening anyway, and for all of you the "overdub freaks", a nice way to compare the official release with what really happened that day ! Plus the official release has two (or three, can't remember by now) songs cut. That's why sharing here the complete audience recording (144 minutes) would be nice ! o;)
Unfortunately I have no information with that one. Lineage unknown. Only a tracklisting.

Please, come over here and share Roma 2005, Newcastle 2005 and Lisbon 2005 !! I know these recordings are somewhere among us... Time to share openly, boys & girls !!
thanks PBB, PiotreQ and Pittrek (the fabulous P3 !!! ) for having shared the other QPR 2005 shows these last days, thanks to Jjeroen for allowing his recording to appear here (can you confirm the Antwerpen recording shared yesterday was yours ?), Ginger for invaluable help with the torrents, and everyone who has already shared QPR (and else !) shows here. Thanks to Richard for maintaining this forum 24h/24h and 7/7 for our own little pleasure.
Enjoy, and of course, don't convert to lossy format (mp3) and exchange it afterwards. Converting to MP3 will loose some quality, even unknown to you, and converting back to Flac won't help at all, it still will be lossy.
MP3 is for your mp3-player only. Please keep a copy of the Flac files somewhere on a hard drive or a DVD for possible future use !
This recording was previously uploaded for me by Bokkepoot back in 2005.
It was recorded on a Sony Minidisc recorder (MZ N710) in LP mode (so I didn't need to worry about changing discs midway through and losing 30 seconds of music) using a Sony ECM 719 microphone.
It was captured via analogue input and burnt to 90 minute CDs (Just fitted!)
There may have been a bit of EQ'ing to add some midrange/treble and remove a bit of bass - I just can't remember.
Unfortunately the recording stopped midway through Days Of Our Lives (don't know why - I always put the "hold" button on to stop accidental button pressing), but at least i got Under Pressure and Roger forgetting his lyrics on TATDOOL !
It was recorded from about 7 metres away from the end of the B stage near the centre of the floor, and "yes", my fiend who decided to sing along to some of the songs got a severe telling off! :)
My Manchester 2005 recording was also uploaded by bokkepoot, but i don't think I ever bothered with my Arnhem recording because someone beat me to it with theirs, and I couldn't record Uniondale, NY 2006 because I had to hand my equipment (including my stills camera) over to security - a practise they obviously stopped at some point bearing in mind the number of people who later WERE allowed in with their cameras :(
NO, the Antwerpen recording that is shared by PiotreQ right now is not my recording.
Mine is the one that misses the first bit of WWRY - and it is coming soon to a tracker near you! ;-)
Thanks brianswig, for all that additional lineage, information and comments. Excellent !
So if I'm right, dear Jjeroen, this recording isn't yours, but it isn't Ducksoup's version neither... right ?
So there are 3 versions of this show ? Because www.queenconcerts.com only lists two recordings. So I was a little "lost" ! Maybe this discussion should be continued in the Antwerpen topic.
Many thanks to brianswig for tapig this, and to bokklepoot for uploading it at first !! I think I missed it.
Tremendous work on that recording, the sound is almost excellent, if not simply excellent !
And thanks to Miklos for bringing his own recording here too !!
You guys are fabulous.
