Did you know Robert Plant once sang with Queen? 1992, Freddie Mercury Tribute "Innuendo" "Thank You" / "Crazy Little Thing Called Love" (I have that one, if you want it, just reply here and eventually it'll get to you.) Did you know that Roger Taylors the drummer of Queen + Paul Rodgers (Free, Bad Company) wrote together with Paul Rodgers & Brian May upon "Through The Night" on the 2008 "The Cosmos Rocks" release based upon my "All Through The Night"? 46664. Com, Nelson Mandela's Fight Against AIDS/HIV. Queen + Paul Rodgers played there twice. There's omage to Freddie of whom is still alive and has been on Cape Cod. Met him myself side by side for 15 minutes with talk in 2003, end of summer, early fall of. How about the Lynyrd Skynyrd + Bruce Springsteen type jame at the end of the original "Freedom" by myself and another co artist. The jam was the basis of "Devils And Dust" by Grammy Award Nominee Bruce Springsteen. There's no credit by name but by music, it's untested and un paralleled for me. How I seek to get into a new venture, advertising too along with digital reproduction. Do you work with digital production in hard ware other than soft ware? I do. Led Zeppelins last 2007 or 2008 show in London was so big, one million people tried to get tickets in under an hour. It's at http://www. dimeadozen. org a non profit music share that's legit and offshore that needs a makeover ad wise I suppose and image. I levied against an all out war between DimeADozen and Comcast over Courtney Love's naysay about Nirvana being loaded in a torrent such as http://www. utorrent. com or is that .net or .org? The things I do for anyone. It's why I got "Merry Christmas To You" up on the net 24 hours before the South East Tsunami of 2004. Re-re-re-re-reading it, I think that he is saying in the middle of that mess that Springsteen copied one of his jams and was being nomined to a Grammy with that song:

Marcos Napier wrote: Or someone with a paranoia. Very extreme paranoia. Isn't Mahler forgetting there is also a Cyndi Lauper song (as Jake pointed out) also called "Through The Night"? Also, I think there is a song in my Japanese music collection that is also more-or-less called "Through The Night", or "Into The Night".....can't recall exactly. I have too much music to remember everything in exact detail, LOL! At the same time, Marcos is onto something. If you feel something of yours has been plagiarized, you COULD consult a lawyer. However, that said, you'd have cases that'd be extremely difficult to prove even in court. The little man rarely wins against the lawyers associated with the music industry and RIAA. You'd need a damn good yet expensive lawyer if you want to get anywhere. As well, solid, verifiable evidence to back up your case. Which I honestly would really question in your case, Mahler. As they say, anyone can write anything on the Internet... Otherwise, be prepared in worst case scenario for a publicly huge case of humiliation :-) |

Hi, No paranoia here, never has been BUT you seem to dispense with it immensly. As for the case of the music, mahler-springsteen, mahler-qpr, i've not claimed plagerism, won't be either. what i have been doing is creating a buzz.. this is a semi public forum, i need no hostilities here, neither do you inu-luger. i'm not kissing ya but will make up |
inu-liger 05.12.2008 00:30 |
Well Mahler, your attempts to create a buzz are not being perceived by us the way you would like it to. You are, as Marcos pointed out, more coming across as being paranoid rather than someone genuinely excited and trying to get the community to share your buzz. It's frankly annoying with the way you keep making multiple posts, and trying to find even ANY miniscule way of linking it to Queen, and I'm certainly not the only one here who thinks your posts are annoying (though to be honest, not as brashly annoying as TM's), as well as your music. I'd rather listen to Britney Spears than your broken harmonica trite, which I think is rather saying something. Your vocal is also horribly off-key. I think I could hold a better key than that, despite my somewhat lack of confidence in doing lead vocal work - hence my preference to focus just on drums and the music in general with regards to my band. |

*deep breathe*
*very deep breathe*
ok, here we go.
1st, put up or shut up= make some of your music available for US to peruse and comment on you insulting pile of gibberish :-)If I understood it right, one can't comment on other's musical abilities if there isn't one of his own works at the internet. And if this work is of an inferior quality, shut up too, you can't comment. 2nd. Mahlers.Com was taken down for security reasons and the fact my path went about not having isp access for constant work on the site wich became a massive undertaking. believe what you will, i help these people here and these people here, link deal with national security. EKAT, sniper and nuke bomb tracking, inviso camouflage etc. ex - in laws.Did I need to say paranoia again? Did you use their servers or facilities to store your own personal site, in a national security place? I'm afraid for *their* security (Hammer to fall lyrics come to mind...). no one but you has debated this or questioned this to me so i answer with "let the music do the talking". -that's an old aerosmith song. And "no one but you" is a Queen song. Just a question: do you know what plagiarism is, technically and/or legally speaking? La Bamba and Twist and Shout aren't valid examples. If Bruce Springsteen had been "inspired" by me (he won't, thank God) I'd be rich by now instead of complaining about it in a "semi-public" (huh?) forum. Or you say they are stealing stuff from you and PROVE it in court or something or quit these innuendos (to keep it in a Queen theme) or "buzzes". At some point someone from the Springsteen/Lauper/whomever-else-is-being-inspired-by-you fronts will find these comments, and it will become a snowball - and a bigger joke than it is now. Oh and BTW Joe Satriani is taking Coldplay to court. Seriously this time. |
