I also received the album today, but no tickets. Sent them an e-mail and called them too, they said the tickets will be sent separately. Later they sent an e-mail too, tickets should arrive within a few days... Hope so. |

Got an e-mailing TWO WEEKS ago saying that all had been dispatched... Still not tickets... Two more days to go before I leave... No replies to any of my e-mails... Woman on the phone says that "they have been dispatched..." "Yes I know, I received the notification, but they did not arrive yet." "Wait a few days" "I'll be leaving on tour in a few days." "Call again in a couple of days" "I'm leaving on tour in a couple of days, that's why I call you now." "That's not our responsibility." "Is there anything I can do if I don't receive my tickets in time?" "Computer says 'no'". ...think I'll try AGAIN hoping to find someone else on the phone that actually DOES have the decensy to use her or his brain... |

Still not tickets... But WOW, after sending cry-for-help-e-mail number FIVE, I finally got a reply from QOL!! It says that 'they will look into it and get back to me this afternoon'... (I'm SUE that, if they want to, they can send me an e-ticket or something?!) |

Fuck this... I'm REALY screwed... QOL checked with Royal mail. Royal mail says they handed over the package to Dutch mail and give a tracking number. QOL gave me the tracking number. Dutch mail says they have no record for the tracking number. To be continued... Only few hours left before I have to face facts... 300 pounds worth of tickets gone No tickets No concerts |

Don't want to panic you more than needed, but last time I sent a packet overseas, with the french post offices, the tracking said that the packet crossed the border, then that it was delivered safely. In fact, it was delivered, to ME, six weeks after, and I moved in the meantime to go living in Belgium. And I discovered that in fact it didn't went further than 10 kilometres away, instead of travelling some 2.500 kilometres! So my advice is : wait for about 30 days, ask again to the ticket services, and check if they haven't received it back. If yes, ask for a private gig in your garden on your birthday. Ask for John Deacon to be present to (at the bar). Oh, please be kind enough to record the show and share it with us ! If I can be of any help, just tell me ! Hope you can have it sorted tomorrow, it's not possible that something like that happens... PS : where can we buy tickets for the famous Jeroen Garden's show ? presale anywhere ? After a week of search Dutch post managed to localise my package and promised to send it to me TODAY by COURIER! ;-))) That's right! Missed the delivery on Friday because we didn't know it was coming and was at work oh silly me..... now resheduled delivery and then got a phone call to say couldn't come Monday (Saturday full) so would be Tuesday so i have to stay in all day for delivery... anybody else had this crap service... they wont email before delivery only after you've missed it So at this point i have Nottingham tickets but not O2 or Liverpool Anyway to all am loving the new stuff and can't wait to see the boys again |
