Yes I know it turned into Hang on in there / My Baby does me.
But it's one of my favorite Queen songs- So I'm curious if I should wait for it to come out in 20 years, or not.
Or could there perhaps be a more complete version?
It's likely that there are more versions of it somewhere on tape, but my guess is that there isn't any complete version of it. For the simple reason that there were better songs. It's quite stupid to work on all the songs you've written during a session and to pick, when all the songs are completed, which ones you want on the album.
The intro to "Falling Out" was used for My Baby Does Me so that's the main reason it wasn't on the album - i.e. the band didn't rate the song that highly to finish it, yet kept the intro.
I'm confused.
18 albums, right?
Yet, one of their unfinished demos is someone's favorite Queen song? Interesting.
Incidently, I've started writing my next hit single. It's gonna be huge.
Treasure Moment huge.
Here's what I got so far:

I think it's got a great song and will bring you pleasure. Thanks for listening.

Haha, that made me laugh a lot :).
Regarding demos and B-sides, I used to think that there were many songs that didn't make it into the albums and that, somehow, some were supposed to be true gems or whatever. The general idea now is the opposite.
Queen's output through the years was outstanding with many memorable songs and great production value.
On the other hand, I see bands like Oasis that have almost as many B-sides as songs in the albums and very often some B-sides are better than what's on the album.
Let's say Queen's album output was always top notch (with few exceptions) but the B-Sides were nothing to be excited about. Oasis' songs (album, singles and B-sides) are almost equally as good, however simple or repetitive they may sound.
I can imagine Oasis fans excited about getting every single out there and collect all those tracks. I wish Queen had done something like this as well. Don't you?
For instance, they could save "Runaway" for a B-Side in the next single off Cosmos Rocks, or maybe work in other tracks.
I think "A New Life Was Born" was headed in an interesting direction, sort of Lily in the Valley style stuff... a pity that it only got to the DEE DEE DAAAH point.
There's many songs that Queen never released that are great.
There's a museum with lyrics written by Freddie and the song is called 'In Search Of Love', I think. Someone on QZ had a link to it, or took a picture of the lyrics in the museum and posted it on their site. It was interesting and I wonder if it ever got recorded. It seemed like it was going to be THE love ballad for The Miracle, but in the end, there was never any love ballad released on The Miracle, and I think that's the problem with that album.
