Hiho, ...god, what's that?? link Does anybody have information about this track? Did we miss another mastertape or what?! Most obviously, is does not sound like a fan-made mix at all as there are some extra-Freddie-bits - oohs and aahs that means ;) - that I never could figure out from the original mix on the album... Help!! :) |
inu-liger 29.05.2008 04:42 |
Yes we did miss that, unfortunately. I don't have it. |
pittrek 29.05.2008 05:00 |
God ! One more multitrack ? |
Dane 29.05.2008 10:54 |
Working on it.. |

Wow, fantastic. |

I would sure love to have the multitracks. Considering the money and effort I put forth to help out others for the previous files, I hope my kindness is paid back now :) I still have working links for many other multitracks, if a trade is necessary... |

Thought because it didn't surface that it wasn't. Anyway I, too, could help out if a trade is neccesary..! Adam. |

Help!! :)Definitely off the multitracks. The vocal is double-tracked in that a cappella, while it's single tracked in the version that appeared on Sheer Heart Attack. It's very clear on parts like "Here come the law gonna break down the door". Exciting! |

I contacted the guy and he doesn't have the multitrack; he just got this low-res mp3 from someone that have the multis just to prove that he have them. He want to trade for them but I don't have anything he wants. |
Freddie May 31.05.2008 10:12 |
What does he want exactly? |
Appolo Jupiter 31.05.2008 11:13 |
Wow! dropped my jaw. See if i can find something, but first ill look for my jaw. It realy sounds grat and dont think that its remix stuff... |
Deacon Fan 31.05.2008 12:53 |
I got the same reply from that guy btw... |
mooghead 31.05.2008 15:26 |
Why does he waste his time? If the multitrack is there it will get leaked and get shared eventually. He could be a twat about it and ask for trades or just provide a link and get eternal and very sincere thanks and praise from genuine Queen fans - says a lot about the person. |
Deacon Fan 31.05.2008 16:59 |
Well, the guy got the short end of the stick in regards to trading in the past, so he's using this to become a middleman between the guy who has the multi and whomever might have something to trade, so that he gets it himself too. It's smart actually. And we should thank him for posting his video otherwise we wouldn't even know SCC made it out... and as it stands, it took us nearly a month to learn of it anyway. LOL It's a shame that perhaps this one little track might become the 'hoarded' one. The holy grail was Bo Rhap and we got that plus 3 others with very little beggery. This one would be fun to have but I put it in the same league as GDML, which so many dismissed as unexciting. Though I rather enjoyed mixing 3 new versions of it myself ;) Meh. At least we have a PM system now... |
Fenderek 04.06.2008 03:25 |
I only hope it's gonna leak soon... SHA was my fav album, SCC is like my 2nd or 3rd favourite Queen track!!! |
Micrówave 05.06.2008 12:51 |
There's about 20 Queen multi's that I've found. Check out the other bands as well. The entire 1st Van Halen LP is available. Running With The Devil A Capella is about the funniest thing I've heard in a long time. (Hint: They DON'T come from the band) |

All right, stop it! I am not a bootlegger. I also believe that selling, trading, etc OTHER ARTISTS material for personal gain is just plain wrong. I did not pay some guy in a back alley for what I have. I simply researched it a little differently. I didn't follow the musician's trail. They aren't the only ones involved in the recording process. The VH tracks were quite easy to find. Now, if you think a road map is coming, forget it. I want to keep getting what I find and not open the floodgates. Best, Micro |
Freddie May 05.06.2008 17:56 |
Who cares about VH :p Which Queen tracks have you found? |
Micrówave 05.06.2008 18:21 |
The ones previously mentioned, as well as Stone Cold Crazy Sleeping On The Sidewalk It's Late Dragon Attack Body Language to name a few more. |

I did find the van halen stuff just yesterday, but haven't gone any further. I'll look into it. TBH, I, too, am wondering about if those listed Queen tracks truly are out there to find. Adam. |
FriedChicken 06.06.2008 11:12 |
I also found the multitracks Microwave is talking about. They were in a torrent together with the multitrack of Man in the Shadows and Brother of Mine |
Erin 06.06.2008 11:22 |
^^LOL |

inu-liger wrote: Proof? These were listed by Brian and Greg publicly as being missing/stolen from the archive. They didn't come from Brian, Greg, or the archive. But I would assume that Greg knows the story of these, Brian surely does. FriedChicken wrote: They were in a torrent together with the multitrack of Man in the Shadows and Brother of MineThat was funny. I wish I could show you all "proof", but that's not for me to do. The material is copywritten, hopefully you all know what that means. So to answer Inu-liger... You want "proof"? Fine, list every bootleg you own and who you've (1) obtained it from and (2) given it to... and how much money / product you've obtained from it. |
pittrek 06.06.2008 11:36 |
FriedChickenOh, I thought you bought it with the Anthology box set |
Penetration_Guru 06.06.2008 17:40 |
I found a fair few references to SCC on torrent sites, but the file sizes vary widely and all of them are on pay trackers. No sign of any others (inc VH) yet), but IF SCC is genuine, I can't see it being long before it appears on a public tracker. |
GinjaNinja 01.06.2009 12:02 |
I've got a Guitar Hero Metallica rip of Stone Cold Crazy, it's got a vocal track, guitar, bass, and three separate drum ones. Should I post it? |
Penetration_Guru 01.06.2009 13:57 |
No thanks, don't like all those Guitar Hero multis - they muddy the water when looking for the real thing |
Amazon 01.06.2009 14:14 |
Microwave, considering that the best thing about Van Halen is Eddie's guitar playing, why would you be interested in an acapella version of any of their albums? |
kosimodo 01.06.2009 14:57 |
Are there any copyrights on Multitracks? Most likely they are stolen, but copyrights? |
Micrówave 01.06.2009 15:01 |
Amazon wrote: Microwave, considering that the best thing about Van Halen is Eddie's guitar playing, why would you be interested in an acapella version of any of their albums? The a capella Running With The Devil is priceless. You will never listen to that song the same way again. |

kosimodo wrote: Are there any copyrights on Multitracks? Most likely they are stolen, but copyrights? As with a fair few people on this site, I think you lack an understanding of what copyright is. In the case of music, as soon as an artist writes down lyrics, records music, writes down notation etc etc copyright automatically exists in that. Queen (unless they have sold some of the rights to a record company) own the copyright to their music represented in any form, and even if you separate out the multitracks, all you'd have is a load of individual tracks, and each one would be copyrighted - its an automatic, intangible right, not something you have to register or apply for. Its not a protection of the physical multitrack tape itself, but the music contained on it. In the same way as if you were to grow apples to sell, and would have the right to prevent people from just taking the apples out of your orchard and selling or eating them without your permission (i.e stealing), so too do musicians, authors, artists etc have rights to prevent people from obtaining and using the fruits of their labour without permission. Short answer, yes, the multitracks are copyrighted, because they are the music, and music is subject to copyright. |

Rah rah rah ... as the pirates say, "TAKE ALL YOU CAN, GIVE NOTHING BACK". If we all uploaded everything we had then the discussion would be over. Fuck's sake! Just trade something else like Napoleonic figurines and baseball cards. Music is for listening! |
lalaalalaa 04.06.2009 14:38 |
Heh, I got that (Stone Cold Crazy A Capella) on my iPod ;) |
