Los Angeles-based Queen tribute band, Queen Nation, will be performing six consecutive nights at The Fremont Street Experience in downtown Las Vegas April 17 - 22. The performances will be part of a week-long tribute to Queen, complete with video presentations displayed on “Viva Vision”, a giant video canopy 90 feet in the air that runs the entire length of Fremont Street!

What is with all these Queen cover bands lately? And how the @#$! did they secure this gig?
Question 1: because Queen is the best band on the planet for all eternity and people want to play covers of their songs and pay tribute and keep the name alive.
Question 2: There is always demand for Queen related stuff
6 nights on the stot.christ you must be good ,either that or the americans must be very rich.6 nights you sure it's not 6 hours.a tribute band playing for all that time must have the original leed singer...
I checked out some YouTube videos. Not bad, probably gonna be a good show.
Lead singer sounds better on the rockier songs than the slower ones. He kinda looks like Fred but oddly, doesn't really "move" like him.
Based on my limited exposure, it seems like...
Probably Craig Pesco does the best visual Fred.
Craig Mullen probably sounds like him the most.
These guys don't look like they have much of a stage show beyond costumes so I don't know how they got a prize gig over Almost Queen, It's A Kinda Magic or The Works. They sound pretty good though so I hope it's a great show!

The Fremont Street Experience is a covered arcade/walkway with a music stage and it's free, so unless they're playing in a casino's showroom, no, it's a free event.
