If I'm right, this is an extract taken from the Album Club. I can't access to it right now, but read somewhere on the forum that a 30s extract was available there. Anyway the show has not been broadcasted yet if I'm right, if I can convert correctly hours between France and Great-Britain the show will only begin in half an hour. So you can go to sleep Pittrek, someone will probably have uploaded that song in a complete form tomorrow morning... Good night ! Anyway, if that is the famous 'register and you will be able to hear songs from the new album in exclusivity', then I think some efforts should really be made from Queen camp. The main riff sounds like The Metal by Tenacious D, but its still good. The vocals/lyrics are pretty good as well. Chorus will hopefull grow on me, as I'm not sure yet. Anyway, I love it :D |

I cannot feel the spirit of Queen in this song and obviously you can feel Freddie's input is not here either. I don't think Brian, Roger & Paul will attack the world except to give us another taste of memorabilia playing Queen's old songs with some brand new stuff in between. That's all. ;-) |

Many thanks for the links and uploads :) I love the song already. I agree it's not very "Queen" but it sure rocks. During the all-too-short solo it began to feel like Queen, but then it moved on.. I'm hoping the album version features a longer solo :) Couple of observations: Roger looked very nervous to me, and the background vocals were obviously pre-recorded. ;) Very much looking forward to the album now. Man, that's a long wait....... |

I'm supposed to get it from someone who is getting it from someone else, and then I'm supposed to edit the commercials and perhaps share the whole show.. however my contact is rather busy all the time so who knows when it might be :-P When I get it I'll be happy to share in multiple formats.. entire show DVD, just the Queen bits DVD, perhaps XviDs too, audio only... |
