Well thanks a lot, but why only an extract ? |
| Mr. Scully 04.04.2008 16:29 |
... because the full song hasn't been broadcasted yet? |
| pittrek 04.04.2008 16:33 |
Mr. Scully wrote: ... because the full song hasn't been broadcasted yet?Oh ... I have no idea what's the time of the broadcast, so I of course thought it allready WAS broadcasted. Thanks again |

If I'm right, this is an extract taken from the Album Club. I can't access to it right now, but read somewhere on the forum that a 30s extract was available there. Anyway the show has not been broadcasted yet if I'm right, if I can convert correctly hours between France and Great-Britain the show will only begin in half an hour. So you can go to sleep Pittrek, someone will probably have uploaded that song in a complete form tomorrow morning... Good night ! Anyway, if that is the famous 'register and you will be able to hear songs from the new album in exclusivity', then I think some efforts should really be made from Queen camp. Let's hope I'm wrong and other surprises wait for us !! Regards, Olivier, France. |
| Queenrockyou 04.04.2008 16:35 |
Oops I forgot to say Thanks for this upload. I will wait for the complete version anyway as I'm busy downloading Daffy's Brian May Nagoya 1998 show. So, errors are always repaired in the end, thanks for the upload !! You won the toss on who would upload this faster... Let's open the contest again with the complete version !!! Regards, Olivier, France. |
| pittrek 04.04.2008 16:36 |
BTW a VERY interesting song , looking forward to hear the full version |
| Queenrockyou 04.04.2008 16:39 |
The comments I heard were that it was quite energic, guitar riff-based, and Paul's voice is good on that track. Let's make it all clear tomorrow... Regards, Olivier, France. |

The whole Album Club is crap - you can enter it without a username/e-mailaddress, as long as you've got the url's link |

BTW, before someone starts nagging - I paid the 2 quid. |

The main riff sounds like The Metal by Tenacious D, but its still good. The vocals/lyrics are pretty good as well. Chorus will hopefull grow on me, as I'm not sure yet. Anyway, I love it :D |

Sir GH

ah yeah
wrote: Fucking incredible. A beautiful mix of old and new. This is a brand new band, ready to attack the world, with plenty to say. Can't wait for the full album.Well, kinda agree with you: this is not Queen, a nice rock track written by another rock band. Nothing really espectacular. I cannot feel the spirit of Queen in this song and obviously you can feel Freddie's input is not here either. I don't think Brian, Roger & Paul will attack the world except to give us another taste of memorabilia playing Queen's old songs with some brand new stuff in between. That's all. ;-) |
| Wiley 04.04.2008 19:31 |
Can someone put it on mediafire, please? My office's firewall blocks rapidshare. If someone has the FLV of the full performance, please send it to jcwiley@billetelcard.com. Thanks in advance. I already saw the 30 seconds video and I really like the riff. |
| Deacon Fan 04.04.2008 19:36 |
Many thanks for the links and uploads :) I love the song already. I agree it's not very "Queen" but it sure rocks. During the all-too-short solo it began to feel like Queen, but then it moved on.. I'm hoping the album version features a longer solo :) Couple of observations: Roger looked very nervous to me, and the background vocals were obviously pre-recorded. ;) Very much looking forward to the album now. Man, that's a long wait....... |
| popy 04.04.2008 19:46 |
since this was broadcasted on tv (i supose) i , correct me if i'm wrong, there must be a much better audio/video quality than the files shared... maybe even a HD version if that tv station has it, i don't know because i live outside UK |

| Deacon Fan 04.04.2008 20:54 |
I'm supposed to get it from someone who is getting it from someone else, and then I'm supposed to edit the commercials and perhaps share the whole show.. however my contact is rather busy all the time so who knows when it might be :-P When I get it I'll be happy to share in multiple formats.. entire show DVD, just the Queen bits DVD, perhaps XviDs too, audio only... |
| Fat Lizzy 04.04.2008 21:09 |
