Best regards, Riccardo Plus 55€ for only a year of service seems to me quite excessive and expensive. There's not a reachable way to be able to buy/use RS premium, I don't care, I don't like it. I'll just wait someone torrent all this stuff kindly shared =) Cheers ;-) |

Ok Thanks Alex to share your opinion about the rapidshare thing. Indeed, some banking cards are not supported it seems, so that can be a problem to access to rapidshare. That sucks ! I understand it well now. As far as the 55 € price is concerned, for my part I don't find it that much compared to the fact that I'm using it a lot. I am not the richest man on earth, but I found it was Ok for me to have access to this for one year. I combine this with using "Free Download Manager" you'll understand what this freeware stands for...) and I am very pleased to download with this. Of course mediafire is better because it is free. The rapidshare files are split in 4 in Free Download Manager so that can make the downloading all that faster than the mediafire links. But what I find disgusting in Mediafire is in the uploading. I once uploaded something, that was deleted 10 days after without any explanation. The track was being downloaded by some, and they still deleted it. And they never answered any of my emails. The same thing just recently, on 6 files I uploaded one month or two ago, and that were downloaded more than 50 times each, only 5 survived; I unfortunately can't rely on the mediafire service, that was my conclusion. So by now I only offer through rapidshare services (also because I paid an account!). Believe me or not, but never any problem of that kind on rapidshare. But I can understand tht waiting between downloads is a problem. Someone here talked about a way to disable this "Wait between downloads" thing, with some things done like erasing a cookie you could download without waiting. But I don't remember how to proceed. Anyway, I prefer people having to wait two hours between downloads and having my files avaiable for a long time instead of having some files deleted here and there without any warning or so before, and having to re-upload every two weeks. Of course that is my own experience ! Thanks a lot for having frankly shared your opinion about that. I can't access torrents for the moment, so I hope this would be torrented soon ! Torrents are not accessible to everyone (rapidshare is, even if it means waiting between downloads), but it is still a good way to download it seems, so as long as files are shared both ways it makes everybody happy and everybody can access to the files ! So go on for the torrents !! Regards, Olivier, France. |

You are right about all your points Olivier and it's awesome to have kind people like you in this community ;-) I had only a couple of probs with mediafire since (I think) they deleted some files I'd uploaded with their names "openly" expressing their origin (official stuff); so I found a couple of days after uploading those files that mediafire deleted 'em. I think that was the reason: they were official released stuff. (no Queenzone or Queen related at all) About the Rapidshare trick, it used to work at my previous job where I only had to disconnect > delete cookies / internet temp files / & re connect and I could keep downloading files without waiting 1 hour between downloads. That "trick" worked 'cuz I had a dynamic IP based ISP over there. I've always had a cable connection with static IP at home that's why I cannot use that trick. As I said before, I do not care, I ain't an impatient person and after you've described all the barriers you have to upload your Queen stuff to any other option but Rapidshare, I'm sure no-one will ever dare to complaint about the method. Just a matter of waiting and enjoy the results. Cheers Olivier and thanks a lot again for sharing =) |

I have dynamic ip so rapidshare is fine for me thanks a lot for all the Brian's stuff |
Queenrockyou 28.01.2008 02:51 |
Thanks for the kind words ;-) SCOM, maybe you could explain the things to do in order to avoid waiting between downloads here for everyone could benefit from it ? I can't remember the different steps to do for that !! Regards, Olivier, France. PS : I will upload as soon as possible the Brian May Sevilla thing here too. |
daffy_the_duck 28.01.2008 09:54 |
Thanks for this great share Olivier;) AS Alex, and SCOM I think, and because I have a dynamic IP, to avoid waiting with Rapidshare: 1. restart your modem (sometimes, like me, it's enough) 2 erease your cookies and Temp files (CTRL+SHIFT+DEL with firefox; Tools> Internet Options with IE and you should find a button del or erease, supprimer in french;)) I don't know how to do neither under Opera nor Mac OS sorry I hope this could help! |

rg9l 29.01.2008 12:08 |
The trick of the IP works well, but not for me! I have a wireless connction and I can't power off the modem...damn... If Rapid Share will make something as "you pay for every single download", I'll get a Premium Account...I don't want to pay for a week when maybe I download only 3-4 things (and because I'm lucky, the very next week after I paid I find a lot of interesting downloads and I'm without a premium account). |
Queenrockyou 29.01.2008 12:24 |
Agree with you Dear !! That's why I choose a year and not a week, knowing that in a year I would use rapidshare more than needed to make it useful !! But it's everybody's choice of course !!! Anyway, a lot of the rapidshare things are shared in torrent form some days after ! Regards, Olivier, France. |

Hi Mickael !! How 're you doing ? I remember having bought some few things from you last year !! Yes, you're right, this is probably not a complete show. Anyway, this was not intented to be, as this is only a bootleg, and not a private recording being shared. So as we know, bootleggers do not always grab complete shows, as this could be the case here !! Anyway, it was a good attempt for people not knowing much in the live field to have a first view at the Brian May live stuff, and also to learn about these bootlegs. But if someone wishes to complete the share and offer here some complete Brian shows, .... welcome !!! Regards, Olivier, France. |
