Hello everyone ! Some Queenzoners requested this bootleg; it was already available somewhere here in the past but the files needed to be uploaded anew it seems !! So here they are... You will find here information here : link Thanks you Barb for this share ! For lazy ones of you, I pasted here the relevant information : Lineage : "Thank You All" (Wardour) silvers (0) > WAV > FLAC level 8 The audio CDs of the new Knebworth version from master tape. Released by Wardour. Extracted from the CDs with EAC and encoded to flac with Flac Frontend level 8. Thanks to everyone who was involved in creating this recording, you know who you are :) File Size 698 MB DISC 1 01 One Vision 02 Tie Your Mother Down 03 In The Lap Of The Gods... Revisited 04 Seven Seas Of Rhye 05 Tear It Up 06 A Kind Of Magic 07 Vocal Improvisation 08 Under Pressure 09 Another One Bites The Dust 10 Who Wants To Live Forever 11 I Want To Break Free 12 Impromptu 13 Guitar Solo 14 Now I'm Here Disc 2 01 Love Of My Life 02 Is This The World We Created? 03 (You're So Square) Baby I Don't Care 04 Hello Mary Lou (Goodbye Heart) 05 Tutti Frutti 06 Bohemian Rhapsody 07 Hammer To Fall 08 Crazy Little Thing Called Love 09 Radio GaGa 10 We Will Rock You 11 Friends Will Be Friends 12 We Are The Champions 13 God Save The Queen 14 Harvey Goldsmith Farewell Announcement This was encoded right from the master tape and not from the usual Magic At Knebworth LP--> Electric Magic CDs. The original tape is the same, though. I am talking about the original fan audio recording that was used for the previous bootlegs "Magic At Knebworth" LP and "Electric Magic" CDs. You will notice that the intro is longer, even the end of the last song from the intro tape (Run To You) was kept. "Thank You All" is the title of the Wardour box. Here is a sleeve shared by seba_79 (thank you man !) : link link Some good explanation about Brian's solo (many thanks Bobby_Brown !): The guitar solo is really outstanding. Brian is really inspired, and it was the first time (and last with Queen) that Brian used the pedal (i don´t know it´s name) with wich he played "Chinese Torture". So, in this concert you have the birth of "Chinese Torture". Too bad the tour wasn´t extended because i see Brian getting better at his solo. I also noticed that he didn´t ends the solo like he normally does; hitting two chords. Instead he goes right to "Now i´m Here". Maybe he was having problems with his tuning but the final result is interesting. A small review shared by Bob (many thanks to you man, quite glad you shared your information ono Queenzone!) : The famous Knebworth Park concert performed before an estimated 125,000 fans is the final Queen concert ever, before Freddie Mercury fell ill. This concert is definitely a must-have. Roger, in particular, is clearly having a blast all the way through. Freddie even says "nice one" after Roger's drum solo at the peak of the impromptu. Freddie sounds pretty strong throughout, and there is a lot of classic banter with the audience. Brian tries out his harmonizer pedal on stage for the first time. He recently commented on his soapbox about how exciting that moment was for him. This particular recording is a huge upgrade of the old "Electric Magic" version. This new version called "Thank You All" on the Wardour label is copy of the master tape. The treble isn't piercing as it was on the old copy, |

Hi there. Well, first off, thanks for sharing this awesome show. However, I seem to be having problems with expanding each file after it has downloaded, but not all of the files - maybe a third of them. I'm using StuffIt (on an iMac) to expand the files but it keeps coming up with an error dialogue which says that the "structure of the archive is damaged" Any help would be much appreciated. |
g_pretender 20.12.2007 04:37 |
you probably have one of the files corrupted. Are all the files the same size except the last file of each disc? Where does the decompression stop, in wich part? That could be the corrupted one. Try downloading again. |
Queenrockyou 20.12.2007 04:46 |
Hi, Hope your problem with archive files will be eventually solved. Thanks a lot to warn us if there are still problems after downloading again. If anyone encounters the same sort of problems, please tell it here, and hope we could find a way to sort the problem. Thanks a lot, Regards, Olivier, France. |

Thanks a lot, Regards, Olivier, France. It most likely has nothing to do with the uploaded files. he must have gotten a corrupted copy of on of the volumes. He just needs to figure out wich one and download it again. |

This is just great and a worthy Download! Thank you so much! |

Thanks for all your advice, but I finally figured out what I was doing wrong - I was trying to expand each file after it had downloaded when I should have waited until all of the files were downloaded & then you only need to expand the first file for them all to expand! I haven't done much of this file downloading/torrent stuff before so I'm still trying to get my head around it all Thanks again for sharing this show - Christmas has come a few days early for me! Merry Christmas all. |
Queenrockyou 21.12.2007 01:40 |
Hi ! Glad you managed to get it ! Oh yes, maybe I forgot to say it, but indeed you have to download a whole CD before unzipping ! Hope your experience will also be useful to others. Christmas before time ? Waw... Yes, it's true that it is one of the very best bootlegs available, but I didn't it would have such a success !! The first archive file has already been downloaded 56 times, and the last 13 times, and it was already available on Queenzone before, so it seems that it is appreciated ! Hope noone will have to wait for too long before having all the files... Well, we can thank the original sharer for that share !! It was really a good idea..... Regards, Olivier, France. |

It's not quite as good, but it's the best available if you want the complete concert. |
Queenrockyou 16.01.2008 18:52 |
Thanks a lot bob for helping us with finding what is the best version available for each show !!! You're really one of those specialists that make Queenzone a really interesting place to be. Nice ! Regards, Olivier, France. |
Yara 16.01.2008 19:50 |
Ah...so this is one of the best, hum? Let's see if this garage band called "Queen" is really good...hehehe Many thanks for upload. I look forward (in fact, it'd be backward, isn't it?) to listening to a top quality audience recording of this concert for some times. Many thanks Olivier and, if my memory serves me well, Barb (Valentine), who was the first to upload it here. Thanks, thanks, thanks. I'm a newbie to the website and I'd like to ask you a question: I downloaded a .rar file, in mp3, some time ago, before coming across this wonderful website, of what's supposed to be an audience (?) recording of Queen's 07/27/1986 concert in Budapest. I'm using the words "suppose" and "audience(?)" because the sound is damn weird. I mean, too weird, I'm not exaggerated. It was clearly remastered by someone, I think, since there's no, how can I say that in English, "ambient sound", you know what I mean? It seems like they're playing in an isolated chamber and I compared some parts of it with the Budapest video and it looks like the same concert, though. I'm a newbie to this whole thing of unofficial live releases. So, my question is... Well, I don't have a question, I think. lol Why am I writing this actually? I'm just glad to have come across a website which allows me to know where the recordings came from and are which shares only lossless audio files!!! Well, now, let's see if this band is really good. This is supposed to be a great concert, let's see. hehehe... Now, uh, serious, I'm stuck in that U.S.A concert from 1982. If time allows, would anyone help me to finish it? I'm downloading just some of the songs and it's really for my personal use only, for my studies. Thank you all. |
Yara 16.01.2008 19:53 |
Lots of errors, sorry. "for some time", "exaggerating", so on. lol |
