Isn't there some apocryphal story about Freddie telling the other three during a fight in Madrid (on the Magic Tour) that he was not going to tour again?

Yeah, didn't he say something like, "Well I'm not going to be doing this my whole life," or whatever?
different stories about that,1 was he was in studio one day and told them, another one was he was in a restaurant and told them, they knew he was ill but jst worked together to get much material and keep an brave face.aids was a stigma back then too unfortantly,i often think the tribute concert was also just a release of pressure from the lack of touring at the time.
another story i read from here was he was supposed to have told the crew from these are the days our lives video that he wasnt well,i hope someone can vertify this story
At the time there was a lot of press speculation going around about Freddie having AIDS (circa 86-89) so the group musta known or sensed something around then.
In Madrid, during the Magic Tour, Brian and Roger had an argument: in that occasion Freddie told that the should had to enjoy themselves because they would nevere tour again after that...
I know this versione, but I was 8 these days, please don't stone me if I'm wrong !
ciao
