Another 26 years old singer died.. This is really shocking, It happen today around 6,30am I found out in school... Tose Proeski was popular in Europe and as people say he supposed to become world famous because his new album on english was on his way to come out, he was just finishing it. He had really beautiful voice...Rest in peace...
This is really impressive link
Some pics and videos of tragic accident and flash news of his death: link
OK, so he's got a good voice and he appears to be a decent singer. But Macedonia declares a national day of mourning??? Over a singer??? That's a bit excessive in my mind.
Well I'm not from Macedonia, but yeah, in some way I agree with you. But he's someone very very special to them. He made himself famous in many countries in Europe what is rare for Macedonian singers. He had his last interview in life, talking about his future..journalist said that Macedonia didn't have someone like him since Alexander The Great.
He became star when he was teenager, he played in movie "The Peacemaker". And he was very lovely man. He wasn't arrogant as many others, in fact when he made his first money as singer he bought his father a car.
Macedonia doesn't have so many stars. He was only 26 and he looked even younger. People will always remember him because of his beautiful voice and aslo a beautiful soul.
He was on his way to Zagreb, to record some of his hits on english, but this is what happen on his way. It's all day on news. I hadn't never listen to his songs, but I may start listening to them because I'm really impressed... He was 26 and already a national icon, brought hope and joy to millions...
Well, come on. How many people does Macedonia have reasons to be nationally excited over anyway? Might as well make it someone who was moderately popular exclusively in Europe. I mean, the next most popular person in Macedonia is probably the equivalent of your local news anchor on your local television channel. Or a college radio DJ.
Also, if you're not world famous by 26, and you're an entertainer in his vein, odds are you're never going to be world famous.
He haven't tried being world famous past few years. He didn't care about the money either... Music was his love and life. Few months ago very world famous producers and manegers decided to make a star of him, he started making first album on english few months ago and I bet he would won the world market in a month. He was really something, as a person and as a singer.

Alexander The Great was from Macedonia..He had conquered the Persian Empire by the time he was 26..
Haha, it's rather difficult to mourn somebody well over 2,000 years dead!
Plus, as far as "Macedonia" goes, it's pretty much the same Macedonia in name only.

Indeed Brian....Macedonian in name only. He was a HUGE fan of Greece and their culture. I'll bet he wished he was born Greek rather than Macedonian.
Actually famous singers died at the age of 27, 28. But what's the difference anyway. I missed that but that isn't what are we talking in the first place...Most of the great singers died in their 20's. I don't want to comment some peolpe in here, who are taking their frustrations on topic that is not the right place to do it. They should try it on random thoughts thread :P
