Okay. The video was filmed in black and white. That doesn't mean that all the cameras on the premises could only film in black and white. In fact, there is the possibility that they filmed in colour and then removed said colour; I'm not entirely familiar with every aspect of the video's production. However, it is a very small stretch of the imagination to realize that there were colour video cameras in 1991.
The answer: things were coloured, and they filmed them. As for there being 'anymore', I fear not. The world's supply of colour is running out rapidly. Indeed, by 2015 the entire earth will be monochromatic. Sorry.
