Sorry, maybe wrong place but it would be interesting to traders and collectors if true.
According to this fruit cake, Freddie actually sings on this track. And only 10 copies seem to exist.
Whaddya think? link
He sings indeed:
Q: hello, please advise if freddie mercury is singing on this recording and also confirm that it was his last recording, thanks N 21-Aug-07
A: Dear Nigel Yes freddie does sing, there are four tracks in total, No one but you ( only the good die young ) Princes of the universe, We will rock you.
Not on the actual track, but he sings on the other songs on the record. The rarity is not Freddie singing, just the picture disk thingy is pressed in limited numbers.
Lol.
If the picture is correct then the only rare thing is that this is the Withdrawn Picture Disc with Princess Of The Universe on it.
But definately not worth 1200 pounds.
This is the complete reply, you reported the truncated one:
"Dear Nigel Yes freddie does sing, there are four tracks in total, No one but you ( only the good die young ) Princes of the universe, We will rock you and Gimme the prize ( instrumental version ) On Only the good die young however Freddie does not complete due to his illness and fatigue and because this was his final session it was decided that we as a company would lay the tracks down as a thankyou for the hosts who let Queen use there recording studios in Switzerland whom are members of the once Royal Family of France. I hope this answers your question"
This still sounds confusing. On which songs does Freddie sing?

And then still... it's not complete.
Where is the sleeve?
This is the same recording of 'Only the Good Die Young' as you get on CD. The other tracks (if I remember correctly) are well, 'We Will Rock You' (A version that goes on for about 4.45 instead of the 2.06 or whatever) 'Princes of the Universe' I think is the original (maybe some differences) and 'Gimme the Prize' an Instrumental version for 'The Eye' computer game.
It's good, but I think it's the artwork that's really the selling point of this album/single.
This must be mega rare. Since Brian wrote it originally about Princess' Diana's death (1997), Freddie probably woke up from his grave and went to the studio for the last time
